Mary had ask me earlier today if I'd heard anything from you lately. Here's hoping for a quick sale at a great price!

I predict a bidding war that gets you 18% above asking price in less than 10 days.
Now come join the rest of us who are freezing our buns off in Arizona. Let your realtor deal with the house, now.

My recumbent trike arrived today!!! It left China on 1/20! It is, however, still in pieces and it's too cold for me to sit outside and put it together. I need some warm weather wohmmms for tomorrow. That and we've had enough cold weather and rain to last us for 10 winters already.

You make me wonder what the heck is so attractive in AZ? I keep hearing how great the weather is every winter yet here you are again this year, similar to last, sitting in cold weather. Sure hope it warms up for the GC cuz I was planning on leaving the car behind this trip and biking the whole time there. Geez, I may have to rethink this. You do know it's been very nice weather in sunny FL for quite a spell up until yesterday.

Wommmms! Put it together reaally fast, & then you can pedal reaally fast to get warm again!
My friend here in Las Cruces, NM, says she's never known a worse Jan. here. Below freezing the next few nights ... my planter garden stays in the heated hold!

Last winter was sunny and warm with only 2 weeks of cold. Unfortunately one of those was the GC week. The locals all say this is a very odd winter. I even saw what looked like grass starting to sprout across the desert. It was green and covered large areas of sand.

I had a late lunch with Jim and Paula today, but we forgot the PoP. It was so noisy in Silly Al's Pizza we barely could chat. The 9 day RV Show brings total chaos to Quartzsite.

This is Winter #5 in Southern AZ for us.
We haven't had it this "cold" here before, but the comparisons to MN and PA remind us why it's still pretty darn good here!
