I sent her my email tonight so by tomorrow, hopefully, my almost 93 year old dad will see a picture of his mom for the first time. I also found out she was raised in Pope Co AR possibly near Russellvile. It looks like I might have some good ole' Arkie blood. Lol.[/QUOTE
It's almost like finding out your Royalty!
Deb, I have a DIL from Russellville! Come on down, it's in the 70s till Thursday.

I think we should suggest to Deb to be a tad careful with this information. It could be a bit scary finding out that you are related to Tim.
Ohmms continue for all who need them.

My dad was also adopted -- illegally at that. He never spoke about it, but my mother told me. She learned from my grandfather's second wife but never discussed it with Dad. I have waited until they both passed before doing the DNA testing. There were so many things that were "family secrets" back then. I guess it's time.

Get well Larry, hang in there Di
Di - - our second set of prayers have just been launched in Larry's behalf.
You and I both know that Larry is a tough old bird and will not go without a fight. Medical science and its experimental treatments are often not known until field tests are accomplished. Larry could be mere months away from seemingly miraculous surgical techniques. Praying for the insight and wisdom of the experimenters.
We'll continue to give you personal space, but if you need us, we're less than an hour away. Ohms to both of you and your family.

Dennis,
Do you get your hoofrahs and doowumps from Kaleco Auto? I hear they have the best prices.

I have their catalogue. Even with mine and Dwayne's professional discounts added together, the flux capacitor, recommended by Dave, that they have listed is still about $11 K more than I can afford.
I ordered their round tuit as it was more skookum than any other I've seen offered.
The blinker was a tad on the too expensive though.
