Good Morning:

I just thought I'd let everyone know that I'm still alive and kickin'. March 26th will be a year since Teffys passing. I have some great memories. I have a new friend by the name of Lisa but she has an insurance agency (read still w$%king) so she has cut way down on my travels. We are doing a lot of square dancing but I still have to watch what I eat. She is SLOWLY getting used to 60 MPH and 200 miles a day but then being self employed she is used to "hustle and bustle" every day.

If you would like a place in the woods to stay, we found it, Coushatte RV Ranch (no relation to the Indian tribe) north of Bellville, TX. No concrete after you go thru the gate but hard packed gravel. We saw new 42' Moho down to tent campers there. $22.00 per night and then an adder for WiFi. You can store your RV for $4.00 a night and have elec, water and power.

.

Hiya, Teffy! Anniversaries of all sorts go on forever & it's good to pause & mark them as we move forward. I'm glad you're happy, & thanks for checking in!

See y'all out on the rainbow one of these days!

Good to hear from you Bob! And I'm glad you found someone to be important in your life. I hope you convince Ms Hustle and Bustle that there's a whole lotta fun to be had on the Rainbow. We'd love to see you in Oregon this summer! You know how much fun GCs are and this one is shaping up to be epic!

This just in from the FMCA

"The Rally in the Valley has come and gone, and holy smokes! What an event it was*—*2,627 coaches."

Now, that was some mega Curiosity. They were even running Prevost buses to get folks around.

What better way to do the same thing at different times together?
Sorta like us all going to the same restaurant but in different locations in Tucson just over a year ago?

2,627 coaches, well it must have been a real let down after leaving a Mutant GC

A friend here at our winter quarters introduced me to a new scam.

With today's technology that enables one to reproduce almost anything, resize it, and make it look like the original, if you get a new vehicle of any sort - - I say any sort - - and you put a 30 day tag on it, here's some advice.

Take a picture of YOUR vehicle that shows the plate and the entire rearend of the vehicle. Why? you ask???? The new scam is for your fellow citizens to take a picture of your "temporary plate" and resize it to the actual size of YOUR paper plate. They put it on their vehicle and go on "tolls charged by taking a picture of license plates" roads and bridges. YOU GET THE BILL.

Our friend had to hire an attorney to eliminate the bill sent by the Florida DOT. They refused to cross reference the plate number with the make, year, and model of the vehicle in their picture. Our friend's trailer plates were on a car.

This happened to him twice.

Thanks Papa Steve that might come in handy as we set out on our cross country trip, oops, I mean I'll watch out for that!

Here they warn you to remove the tags off of campers in deer camps that are left unattended during the week. Seems they take the tags off of them. Luckily our camp seldom is left unattended and also behind locked gates.

Hi to Maryann!
