Great idea Mary... You will need supplies in Oregon & maybe make big $$$$$ selling off to some that are short...

Queen Ann added: Oregon expects to be short on Gas, Groceries, Cell Service, ATM Machine $$$... Just a Huge # of visitors expected...

When he wiggles his ears he makes a snorting sound, doesn't he? You could tie the audio and video togehter.

Earlene is so upset with you for posting you will be at Gold Beach. We had a great time there.

Seriously, we hope you take the jet boat ride up and back down the Rogue River. It is a great experience. You may even get to see, like wee did and prove the theory, bears pooping in the woods.

Leave your rifle in the MH, you can't shoot the deer.

Do your ears hang low? Do they wobble to and fro?

Uh, according to Google -- yes they do. Oregon, Montana, Delaware and New Hampshire don't. Alaska has no state sales tax but allows cities to impose them.

I stop in Oregon or Montana on my way to and from Seattle. You should be in Oregon early enough to stock up on everything and get off the roads before the eclipse surge.

I'm going to start working on a schedule for the GC, but only for the week of 8/17-8/23. Here's a list of things we need to pack into that week -- in no particular order. If you think of something I forgot or if you have an idea for something else, speak now or ...

So far I have --

Wine and cheese night
Opening of the kimono
Eggs Benedict and bacon brunch
Taco bar dinner
Catered BBQ on the 21st
Everybody's birthday and anniversary dessert social
Mutant Olympics
Nightly campfire and BS session

We need a coordinator for the Olympics -- who would like to volunteer? Please suggest games and competitions everyone.

I forgot tie dying and skaraoke but Possum's karaoke machine might not make it there. Part of it is MIA. Does anyone else have one?

We visited two stores in Grant, NM, dollar tree, picked up 3 items, cost us 3 dollars, then in WM, bought many items but sales slip showed no tax. It might be a special they give us Arkies!

Those going into Washington State needs to be aware of the new inattentive driving law that goes into effect this Sunday.

what-you-need-to-know-about-washingtons-new-distracted-driving-law

Secondary offensives include drinking, eating or having a dog in your lap. Since it's a secondary, they won't stop you just for those but if they can cite you for something else, then you're in trouble. You can't even do this things while stopped at a signal.
