Y'all are having such a good time and eating the good food. It made Earlene crave a home cooked meal, other than her own so out we went to Kelly's. Anyone who has visited here and gone to Kelly's with us knows that it is good country cooking.

The below picture is PoP and the total bill for the two of us was $19 and some change. Earlene had the stuffed chicken breast and I had the chicken fried steak.

Wish you two where here. Your presence is felt. I've heard tell of your unicorn outfit more than once. We're missing so many of you (not inclusive or any order) Sue, Martin, Di, Larry, Jeff, Marcia, Don, Sandee, Mel, Kate, Bob (Teffy), Jeanee, Dave... all you first ever GC folks... And on and on.

I have several (non Irv2 Memebers joining us here... to add add.) But every last one of ya should sound off tomorrow... the Great RVMooning is upon us!

Well Mutants... the day has finally here. The Great RVMOONING is upon us! We have the appropriate music playing. Mutants are gathering for the first ever Ed McMuffin Breakfast.

I know other mutants are gathering for a Mini-Mooning, possible others have gathered as well. Show us your MooningMutation! Pics or it didn't happen!

Yep, wish we were there also but priorities are priorities. New driveway, bathroom remodel and first time GD's have lived in this area. Next year will be a different story.

Kelly's started around 1983 and I don't think you were in this area at that time. Here is a link to Kelly's Restaurant

Prices are good and the food is more than enough for one meal. Most take home leftovers.

Very mini c

Its our very mini c mutant mooning in east Tennessee. In our front field. 97% totality, and 100% clouds at max coverage.
The strangest occurance however is that when it got rather dark I started craving an adult beverage, thinking it was 5pm instead of eclipse time of 1436 hrs.
Hope y'all enjoyed your Mooning.

Oh, I got Bottle that Sue brought - you have to ask her what was in it. Unlabeled!

Pseudo Mini-C

Had some pseudo-mutant friends up from Topeka for the eclipse. They're not RV'ers but spent the night in our MH and have mutant personalities (hence the pseudo). Unfortunately, we went 100% overcast here as the sun passed 50% obscuration. However, we were able to observe peripheral effects - birds (swallows & chickens) when silent & back to the barn to roost, reddish horizon (where it was clear), flowers closing up. Now, we're back to partly sunny - an hour post eclipse.

Well maybe they're RV Mutants and don't know it! Nice recruiting effort!

Ya never know what nectar Sue might come up with. When Dave gets a connection he will post a pic of these small plums that grow here. He said, ya know who would appreciate these....

Of course there was food, otherwise Martin would not be there.

The Great RVMOONING continues. Our park owners Laurie and Jim arranged for tritip on the grill, chicken in the smoker, coleslaw, and red potato salad and other fixins... right up our alley! Tip O the Hat to River Mountain RV, Idanah Oregon.
