Hooray!!! The silent one has joined us. Now you can tell us what you're thinkin' instead of Deb telling us what you're thinkin'. LOL Now you can defend yourself properly.:

So sorry for your loss. I don't mean to be trite in this heart felt situation, but I would take a 93 year guarantee right now without hesitation. I'm sure you'll miss him a lot.

Sorry Dave. It's been a busy day here in Q - laundry, gas tank topped off, parked in La Posa South, leveled coach, disconnected chassis battery. We are parked for the next 4 months unless we hold an AZ GC.

Tomorrow I'll tie down the awning and start setting up the windbreak. Gotta make this feel like home!

I have been busy as well, I hung a ceiling fan at my daughter's house, plus played at being a pool boy, and then installed patio pavers level and square for her grill to set on, and I have been doing touch up painting, then in my spare time I hung under cabinet lighting and assembled a file cabinet, oh and I've rearranged her storage shelves in the garage as well, I still have to run some speaker wires in the ceiling but that will wait for a bit .... Whew ....

Well, Sis, I wasn't challenging you!
I knew you were busy. You are ALWAYS busy....normal chores and un-normal kids!
However, tying down an innocent awning so it cannot roam free is cruel

Jeff, being where you are, I fully understand the "Daddy-Do" list you must have.
However, when a ceiling fan and under cabinet lighting are hung without charge or trial is, well, .....do you have a lawyer?

Sheesh... I got up at 4:30 this AM and ran around half way through Kansas for a family type reunion... I don't say anything for a few hours, and chaos reigns...at least it was only a page and a half to ketchup on...
