Hey Barb, that was a really fine shameless promotion for the GC! Take a kimono out of petty cash.

Ditto what Tim said. Barb and I want to wish all our mutant family a happy happy happy thanksgiving. It is a blessing being a part of this group of twisted mutants.

Happy bacon-wrapped turkey day to everyone. I am lonely while the big girl is having new shoes put on and some other maintenance done. We had unusually heavy rain last week and she sank more than a foot into the mud-had to be towed out by the biggest tow truck I have ever seen. Why didn't I think to take pictures of more than the post-towing devastation to the yard?

Grande Curiosity Info

Well I guess all the wise mutants must be cooking away, so I'll give you the rest of the GC@CL info you'll need to get signed up.

First you need to PM Herb, of HerbnBarb and select your lot. He is the master of that. The link below is the property map. Our block of spaces are in pink at the bottom, along the lake and a few across the road from them.

http://www.rvcoutdoors.com/catherine...ropertyMap.jpg

Once you have your space and Herb has time to call the really nice folks at Catherine's Landing you can click on this link to find the phone number to call those same really nice folks and arrange your deposit.

http://www.rvcoutdoors.com/catherines-landing/q

It's that easy. And remember to keep your computers tuned to RVM central for all late breaking information about our first Grande Curiosity.

Mutant Neighborhood Watch...protection at its best! What a pleasant surprise too!

It was kinda funny. I was moving my MH to fill my propane tanks and then reposition to the winter side of the CG for the last couple days. I saw this indescribable Jeep because I had never seen one like it going the other way. Got set up at the propane station and the CG owner was talking to the folks in that jeep then told me they wanted to report someone trying to steal my MH. It took me a moment to recognize Sue in here fine red (maybe purplish) hat.

I wish we had time to chat more. NICE RIDE! Mama told me to never get into a car with perfect strangers. Since none of you is perfect, I expect she would approve.

I was in a hurry to pick Sandee up from her massage and facial. She was sooooo relaxed I could have poured her into the car. LOL A great way to end her final half/day of employment.

Man...getting things ship shape after sitting a few months starting in the late summer and getting them ready for a cold winter run takes time. Had to replace 5 TPMS batteries and all tires needed a BUNCH of air because of the cold temps.

We will be so glad to be free to run from too hot and too cold temps for the most part. I hear the rainbow is environmentally controlled and avoids excess need for heating and AC.

It has been a long few days and we have some prep still to do. Calling it a night.

Happy Thanksgiving Day to all mutants and non-mutants alike.

Hi Donna & Sandee enjoy your new found freedom, you will be amazed that you even had time to go to work.

On a sad note, general consensus of my fridge is that the cooling unit is toast. Happy Thanksgiving to one and all.

Cheers !!"

Happy turkey (bacon) gobble to all fellow mutants south of the 49th. I wish you all perfect roasting, or smoking, or whatever you do to the various critters to make them yummy! I think I'll just go shovel off the car again.

Jeff, Sorry your cooling unit conked out on you, but you'll sleep better knowing it's not a Norcold fire hazard in your kitchen.

Sandee, I'll speak in soft spa tones. Welcome to the good part of life.

And to all my RVing friends, mutant and not -- Knowing you is truly a blessing and amongst others, I will give Thanks for you when I bow my head at tomorrow's feast.

Happy Thanksgiving Mutants!

RVM9 checking in. I've been busy and haven't had much to say regarding the Trailer. :(

But it's that time to be thankful for people and things and Ya'll are on my list!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone... and Happy Hanukkah to whomever it may apply.
