Oh Fred, Q stands for quirky. There are unicorns, fairies, wood nymphs, rhinos, golblins, and mythical beings of every sort roaming the desert and the streets of Q. And not just during show week.

Just bring a lot of patience and more cash than you usually carry. The folding green opens doors that plastic won’t.

I know a back way into the big tent that will save time, $ and frustration. But it will still be crazy in there. You can see the big RV companies filling up their lots in preparation of the big event and locals are already grumbling about having to wait in line at the grocery store. It's gonna be interesting if nothing else.

Wayne and Earlene, have you named that beauty yet? I still think should be named Lemonade since she was made from Citrus' demise.

Wayne, the DW and I send our deepest condolences to you and Earlene. I was watching one of your American networks late night news and they say they are calling for snow in southern Texas right down to the gulf. I hope you both wore your long johns under your PJ's when you went beddy bye.

I hate to be a spoiled sport, but me and facebook don't get along. I quit them over 5 years ago and I'm still.getting jo Marie's notifications. Used to have to spend ten mins online emptying that cheap out a my email. I keep hoping to find a chat room. Maybe set a time daily weekly that it will be opened and monitored until we get enough to keep it open I had one years ago on aol kept it open daily 3 hrs every day greeted those who entered and last list for meet party went to 405 screen names. If ya keep it nice and reasonably clean, people will come.
I'm not fond of playing post tag.

I'm converting a transit coach I stole from a church. Dunno if that makes me a mutant, but it does lend to discussion about my sanity. I worked in my early years for a champion and titan and concord dealer. Figure ill go homeless once I finish it. Home port will only have water and shore power and mebbe a barn to do maintenance on the demon and play with my toys.
Thinking of getting a WiFi hotspot so it can travel with me. Need my net fix periodically. I hang out here and skoolies site. But can't join any groups cause I'm barely getting started. Anyone know how to post pics? Cause I've been asked to keep folks apprised of my project. BTW its a 92 TC2000 bluebird rear Cummins 5.9 which is probably what makes it barely make 70 mph. I think I had a tailwind too. And no videos. Can't get help to take the seats out much less shoot film. Good help is hard to bribe. Regards,
Dave or Jokey

Even one of my bosses called me Jokey and he sounded like Clumsy Smurf.

Another Dave? We may have to call you Jokey, too many Dave’s here.

You've found most of the Mutants still sleeping, Jokey. But most of them would tell you that you are fine Mutant material. All you have to do is pass the 2 question entry exam. Shhh! If you don’t tell anyone I'll help ya.

1) what does your Blubird NOT have that you aren’t going to miss?
2) you must publicly declare that "The Journey is the Destination."

Just answer those and when the official number keepers awaken they'll assign you your very own.

As to posting photos - on the full site- click on "go advanced" below the quick reply box. On the next screen scroll down and find "manage attachments". Next click on "choose file" add your pics then in the upper right "close this window" and finish typing your message, then "submit reply". That's it.
