I think Mort would make a great RVM. He looks as happy sitting on a old picnic table as he does on the beach in Hawaii.

He never wants for much, always agrees with me and never leaves a mess! Best pet I ever had.

And would ya look at the legs on that..... Glass of wine.

Mort needs a monogrammed t-shirt. And for clarification - all RVM memberships are family memberships. Mort is in and already a member in good standing. Just be sure that all of his posts here include RVM12 - Mort for clarity.

This is our on board mascot, Rocky.

He was all alone and forlorn on a rocky shore near Eastport ME in 1995. So, we took him aboard and he has been in all 3 of our MHs. He likes the view from the front window.

He doesn't eat much nor say much, and we never need to call him in before we leave camp. We kind of take him for granite. But we deeply respect him as he is very much older than we are.

Now this is interesting. We too have an RV Mascot. Don't have a picture on hand but back in the day on our first trip to Yellowstone - my daughter fell in love with a stuffed bear at one of the shops. He has goes where we go - and is appropriately named Camping Bear.

Any other RVMs have a traveling "mascot".

Has anyone checked on the GREEN GHOST:

1993 Tiffin Allegro Class A Diesel Motorhome 36 foot in RVs & Campers | eBay Motors

It topped out at $7200.00 so my estimate of $7500 was too high. It's a nice project MH. I was impressed with all of the stuff that had been done in the recent past.

On our first camping trip, we were in a 1960 chevvy panel truck with windows, now they are called suburbans. It was a spartan vehicle at best, as they were sold for work trucks. I didn't know Stephanie was a rock collector until I was looking for the reason the vehicle was pulling so hard on the grades at Bandelear National Park in NM. When we got home I weighted the rocks - how about over 400 lbs. We have rocks all over the yard (40 yrs of collecting) and some of the locations are only known by the lawn mower.

uhh, I hadn't noticed. That's OK, 'cause I have an announcement. THE PLUMBING IS DONE AND NOTHING LEAKS! Sena has caught (and consumed) the last of the flies that she let inside, and tomorrow afternoon we head north!!!!
