Sheesh! Reminds me of bringing back 3 beer cases of shells from the OB for my grandkids to paint, much to the chagrin of my daughter.
Rocky could have a reunion in your yard!

As far as things go with Bonita Bounder and what other Motorhomes have and I don't - I absolutely miss nothing I don't have.
But I am going to miss my American Outdoor Gas - all stainless grill - inside and out.
I bought it before the decision was made to go full time. It was intended to outlive me and my grilling days. Guess I better start grilling daily. Still think I may store it.

Bought a big Weber in 1990. Lasted 22 years for me. Cooked tons of stuff.
I miss her :snif:

I have a Vermont Castings all stainless (with some cast iron) at home. I have a Weber Q200 I take in the coach. The VC cost me $1600 and the Weber cost $300.
I like the Weber better than the Vermont Castings! I don't miss the big BBQ when I'm camping!

I can char a steak or burger on a open fire - but when it comes to brisket and ribs - I need the room - use soaked wood chips in a smoke box - pan of water - and to get the heat down. Low and slow. I also like the rotisserie for birds - pork roasts and pineapples - anything that will go on the spit. I make due on the road but prefer the AOG over anything I've used before including a Weber with natural gas burners. At the storage site for Bonita Bounder I guy has these.
We take Que pretty seriously down here in Texas.

I've never tried smoking wood chips. A friend of mine used to have a smoker where he slow roasted pork tenderloin. It was so tender it melted in your mouth and tasted fabulous!

I'm 3 pages(40+ posts) behind on this thread... 14 things behind on my to-do list and many hours lacking in sleep. The sun is just coming up here. What to do?

I'm really a mutant. We have been with the Teaxas Boomers in Boerne, TX for the Memorial Day Rally and I can't say I miss any of you. But I do peek in here once in a while. Hee hee!

Since yesterday morning, I only had a 2 hr nap. Nightmare woke me up. Dreamed the only way to escape a building alarm was to go upstairs or downstairs and every time got to another floor, there was no exit and the the alarm and my heart beat went faster and faster with each floor up or down. Took BP/pulse when I woke up and it was normal. Dreams can be scary when you first wake up.
