We ordered 3 electronic chargers from them. The came boxed in a box with air pillows like yours. However, each was shipped separately and arrived the same day.

The never heard of cushioned envelopes obviously.

Marty I think Papa Steve was talking about the GC in downtown Little Rock. You are referring to the Catherine Landing GC in Hot Springs.

I was thinking about this when I saw the washers or whatever and then it dawned on me - it's a training issue. Think about it, how would you train people to decide which package to use to send product (successfully)? It'd be a nightmare so they just standardized it to be one way and one way only. Find a box that holds the product sufficiently to add air bags in as well. Done.
