Wayne was using what cinematographers call an anamorphic lens. It gives you that wide screen experience.

It has been 2 weeks without wifi in the campgrounds, 12 pages, that I had to get caught up on. 3 week trip, including Frankfort KY bourbon tours, Winston-Salem, Mt. Aries, Jamestown, Williamsburg, Newport News, Charlottesville, Monticello, (boy, there's a lot of history here) then heading home and stopping at Rend lake in IL for 3 days to decompress before arriving home to get caught up on the computer.

That's it, that's it! I'm anamorphic! Move over, Wayne!

That SE tour has been quite a whirlwind. I hope you annoted all the pics you must be taking. (Old habits probably die hard, don't they?) Places & dates begin to run together for me after a while. Sometimes a very short time. [emoji15]

Where at Rend Lake will you stay? Recommendations?

Cheers!

Where was it we visited a store advertising hardware, shotguns, & wedding gowns? No, not Arkansas ... inland Maine. Pic somewhere on an older phone.

We tried a different CG. Gun Creek is on the East side of the lake, close to I-57. We usually go to North Sandusky on the West side, and it's quieter.

Sue, hope recovery is quick and relatively painless.

Any more information on the 'hitchees' for those of us who don't partake in other social media?

Thanks. I'll be working on that!

Hitchees? Third cousins, twice removed? Dunno yet, but ya hafta give a little schtick now 'n agin. After all, Illinois is relatively safe from that. I mean, really, what can you tease llinoisans about, eh? Aside from our governors & our budget & Chicago, & .......

I know, paybacks ....

Cheers!

Thanks! I'll have to ask Martin which one we used. He has the family brain cell today.

Safe journey!

Congratulations, kids! [emoji304]❤️
You are the first RVM marriage, if I’m correct.
A beautiful couple, now united, now forever One! [emoji177]

So did they leave the church with tin cans tied to bumper?

We did! In a 28’ MH.
Streamers flying, shaving cream windows, lots of cans dragging and panties tied to radio antenna. The parade of cars following honking horns did give up after a few miles and I pulled into first car wash to clean off the mess before we continued.

Went to lake on our first night and still going after 44 years.

Congrats to the couple.

No, if my memory serves me right, that would have been Steve and Annie!
