Cute! You need to get a puppy for Mac to play with.

Update: Stitches out, I'm to begin full weight-bearing, w/ dressings to change & toes to tape. Lookin good, as post-op feet go. The X-rays are amazing, if you like that sort of thing. The photos, not so much. [emoji57]

I'll be back to clog dancing by the FEUMGC... Mmm-hmm, sure.

UPDATE for those not on other communication sources:
When I got to the hospital Sunday morning, he was sitting in a chair while his bed was being made. I'm thinking, alright he's doing better. Then everything changed in a moment. He asked me to hit the button for the nurse and the nurse said she was on her way. Before she got there, Dales eyes rolled back in his head. The nurse starts pounding on his chest and everyone is running to the room. I've never been so scared. They brought in the crash cart but didn't have to use it. After the ordeal, they told us that his heart was back in rhythm before this event took place. They later released him to go home. So what scared me so much Sunday morning, they call an episode of syncope likely due to vagal nerve stimulation. With his afib going back into sinus rhythm on its own or becuz of meds, it is called paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. We are learning new vocabulary. Thanks for all you prayers. They are very much appreciated. He goes in to see his heart doc tomorrow morning.

Geez Deb! Dale sure doesn’t mind very well, does he? Days ago I told him to quit scaring you. I'm surprised you didn’t have a heart attack watching this all unfold. Maybe the cardiologist has some magic medicine or device to keep his ticker ticking better.

I'd suggest you lean down to his chest and in your meanest voice tell that misbehaving muscle to straighten up or else! The "or else" could be a pump like Larry's naughty heart has to put up with. That should scare it into beating a better tune.

Now, you need to take some time to rest. I imagine your heart was tap dancing pretty fast there. Hugs to you both!
