That was with a macro lens (1:1 magnification) and an extension tube (12mm). Lets me get really close - of course I wind up scaring half of them away so it's a tricky thing.

I got stang on the top of my shiny head yesterday. Must have a hard head. The bee died but no stinger in the sting spot. But I DID get a good welp!

I've seen you often with a swollen head. I always assumed it was due to Grand and great grand kids!
