So, back to Yuma. Yay!
Well, broke a tooth.
And a water leak under the Aquahot.
No worries, Muties!

Jim and Paula, I like the new term Turbohmmmms too!
And sent every day.

Been on the road again, from Foley, AL to Duson, MS (or west of Pensacola FL to just west of Lafayette, MS.) The rain was light most of the day, & it's still sprinkling, but the park gave us a really easy pull-through, so who's complaining.

Frog City RV Park is small, not far off I-10, so it was easy to find. A bit of traffic noise w/windows open, not bad. Deep in Cajun country hereabouts, so there are plenty of places to get gumbo & mudbugs & boudin balls.

Saturday night the park is hosting a crawfish boil. Y'all should have seen Martin's face when we were invited. (That's okay: he can eat a hamburger while I get his share of the crawdads!)

Looking forward to seeing a bunch of mutants in TX, but meantime we'll head toward Galveston & see if we can stir up some trouble amongst mutants over thataway.

Have you figured out the leak? Happened to us. Saw water on the ground unhooking one time and thought I had a "water" leak, well duh? Investigating it was apparently coming from the Aqua Hot as there was no wter anywhere in the wet bay.

With the Aqua Hot turned off when we were traveling it stopped. No water pressure to the lines as we only turn the pump on when needing it traveling.

At the house, and at the advice of an expert Aqua Hot technician I found the leak. It was either the inlet or outlet connector on the Aqua Hot.

Those connectors are like a water hose connector, plastic and only require hand tightening. Of course Winnebago could not put the access hole in a convenient place and my are would not twist to get pressure on the connector.

My neighbor was outside and much younger than me, isn't everyone, and he was able to put a good half turn on all the connectors. No more leak.

Just a sayin'

Would it be more fun to find Sue and Martin or just park in Round One's driveway. The answer was too easy; Irene says we will do both.

Hello Muteys!
Say, speaking of crawdads......Uncle Jesse's best dish was Crawdad Bisque.... (Dukes of Hazzard)
Is Crawdad Bisque real? If so, have any of you tried it? Sue, recipe?
I know, I know, I could have Googled it.

Barbara Hill Billies

Well today was fun but no pop. We took Barb and her entourage too her new home. I wish we could have gotten a picture of proof but we were all driving and nobody available to take the picture. Still, all in all it was a fun day.

What are all you old people doing up so late? Gees maybe y'all need to cut back on those afternoon naps!
Me, I'm just aching from head to toe, got the word from doc that my problem wasn't my heart so Mary has me walking and working out everyday in addition to my chores. Wednesday morning, loaded pickup full of square bales of hay, came in to rest and was told to come on, we're headed to the gym. After 3 miles of walking I then get to go home to unload the hay.

Dave on that broken tooth, we need a pop!

Mr. & Mrs. Moose and Barb stopped on their way through Yuma for lunch with us at Applebee's. Jim & Paula joined too. Moose had the server take some POP which he will probably post later. I'm sure they had a long day...

I got a couple of photos of Barb's "Grapes of Wrath" (or maybe "Barb"erly Hillbillies") imitation, now I just have to figure out how to get them from my phone to here...and crop out the finger at the top of one of them (cannot see the screen clearly in sunlight, have to point in the general vicinity and hope...)

Sena let me rub her tummy a little today. Baby steps, baby steps - need to get some Tic-Tacs…

And now for something completely different - Dave, where will you be staying while you're back in Yuma?
