Dennis, I think Earline attained sainthood many years ago, they couldn't wait for her demise. It's too big a job for any measly human woman. Didn't Wayne mentioned they've been married 43 years? Have you seen the pic of her up on the RV roof scrubbing?

RV Mutants Group Email List

Since creating www.rvmutants.com - we have had 24 mutants use either the GC @ CL Sign Up form (under the Events drop down on the site) or the Contact Us form to submit their RVM Number - Name - email address - etc. and join the mailing list. The email group allows me / us to communicate and share information that we are do not want to display personal information on the "net" - and to allow 1 email to cover things like the GC @ CL - Min-Cs - locations of prime boondocking spots - etc.

All RVMs are encouraged to register via the website.
The 24 on the list are:

Updates

Good Morning Mutants !!!!

Well I'm back, We have ordered and received and installed the new to us Amish cooling unit in our old Notsocold refrigerator and as of this posting the unit is working fine, and it is a mild mannered 4 degrees in the freezer at this very moment. to and mystery and intrigue to the whole thing the water valve on the toilet decided to quit working properly and that had to be changed as well. And then to have the bathroom vent cover crack also, well I fixed that too. But all is fixed finally and working as they were meant to work and we are now sitting pretty on the rainbow again.

Welcome to the newest of new mutants RVM 65, and well done Nissa and congrats on making it to Dead Horse State Park, we were in that area from August 23 to Nov 1st and had a great time.

I have to tell ya it was hard keeping up with all the musings while I was being distracted from posting due to the repairs that needed making. but passing post 8,000 another milestone and then to have the 8 month anniversary of this intrepid thread another milestone to be sure, well done one and all.

I will once more try to make sure I contribute to the plentiful ponderings and the wonderous wanderings of this eclectic group of curious curiosities.

Cheers !!!

Thank goodness the RV tech makes house calls to the middle of nowhere Arizona.
Had that happen to us in Williams, AZ when the temp dropped to 27 degrees. Woke up to a cool feeling RV.

Ah Barb! She wishes it were only that long, but you missed it by almost 10 years. It will be 53 years this March. And get this, we knew each other two weeks and then got married. She knew a good thing when she saw one, eh?

Do you know why she scrubs the roof? She's afraid this oaf (her words) will fall. (Don't say it - yes, she missed her chance!) However, I could not miss the opportunity to get out a chair, bottle of brew, camera, and give her instructions on how to clean the roof.

If'n y'all need any help, holler.

Rainbows and mangroves and palm trees and parrots. Sunshine, warm waters, and kayaks and bacon. No strings and blue skies and sitting outside. These are a few of my favorite winter things. Everybody sing!

That was an accident. Once I turned on the propane valve, everything worked fine. Now it's back in storage and I shut off the valve again. If it does not get turned on that will be another accident. I figure that after 3 accidents I'l have it ingrained to check that it is on.

Story time: (few minutes ago)

Earlene and I were having a discussion (sometimes that happens) about Christmas and she asked me what I wanted. I said a new iMac and she sort of increased the tone of her voice and asked me what in the world was wrong with the one I had now.

I replied, "It's starting to bog down!" She replied "So are you, and you're not being replaced!"

Sheesh!
