I was there and let me tell you that it wasn't all that great a rendition. I think we only got the same tune, line and words right about three times and only for a note or two; so I don't think you missed much.

Find a place, post here with dates, stand back and watch it happen!
I would love to do that, but most of the campgrounds around here couldn't accommodate 20 big rigs. They're having trouble accommodating one! We're in the mountains, after all, and not much level ground around.

The Williamsburg area has a couple of really nice places, and well, there's history, doncha know. If you haven't been to WBurg, well worth a visit. Come on down! Or up! We need a mutant fix!

No! Not in the least unless there is a committee review board.

A Lily story

Iíve been calling Lily "Houdini" lately. The little pooper keeps managing to find holes in the fence here at my DD's place. Granted, the house is 100 years old and there are parts of fence from every decade and much of it is hidden by overgrown ivy.

This month Iíve put more miles on my car chasing her than anything else. Yesterday I spent 2 hours putting up more fence. Within 5 minutes she was gone! Again!!! She loves the chase and will look back to see if Iím following her. One trick that works is to chase her for a bit and then turn around and head home. She then tries to beat me home. It turned out there was a gap next to a huge cedar tree where the fence had come loose. Two zip ties and she was contained. YEAH!

So today weíre outside- Iím digging a trench for asparagus plants and she patrolled the fence nonstop looking for a way out. After about 3 hours I realize I havenít seen her in 5 minutes. I call, no Lily. So, I drag my tired self to the car and prowl her usual route. No Lily. I finally give up and go home.

As I pull up to the RV I see her thru the window. Apparently she got bored and went inside to take a nap. She hadnít escaped after all.

For those of you who havenít met her. Lily is the blonde that all those jokes are about. She loves everyone and barks at everything. Of course, being raised by a monkey might not have helped.
