Got the edit in under the wire. Nice catch RVM1.
I had a fish n ski boat once. The huntin boat would not pull a skier outta da hole. The silver n blue metalflake fish n ski was camouflaged liked a disco ball. Quakers wouldn't come near it unless we were tossing em bread - and ya know that ain't right for huntin. Plus - duck season is the wrong time of the year for this mutant to be on the water during the appointed hours. I get cold just thinking about it.

Dieter is an RVM methinks. We travel like we're being paid by the hour. Now if only someone would step forward and sign the checks.
Thanks for sharing!

Ya know ya wanna. Cause deep down ya know the RV lifestyle isn't about having things - not every gadget and henweigh. It's about the journey.

It does not have a diswasher or a garbage disposal. Does not have a 6 burner stove. Does not have a swimming pool. Does not have a yard to clean. Does not have a gargage.
That nuff?
Miss what?
Has plenty of room for beer. What more can a man ask for. A bucket of chicken, a cold beer, and don't block the tv. Life is great.
RVM33, I like it.

Welcome RVM33 -You are hereby and officially an RVM in good standing with all the rights and privileges of a full mutant.
You have some great plans ahead - may the journey be your destination.
Personal Note: I know you sold the bass boat too. I still miss mine from time to time and it's been gone for years. Plenty of guides and boat rentals I'm Florida. Ya don't have buy the cow to drink the milk!! Safe travels and happy mutating.

Application for club membership
Finally finished the thread read. Every post! Is there a gold star in the offing for me? It would look nice on the rear bumper of our bus.
Here are a few things that we did not build into our bus conversion, because we do not need them: Ceiling mirrors ... Disposal ... Trash compactor ... Wet bar with under cabinet ice maker ... Powered sunroofs ... Corian steam sauna shower ... Twin bathrooms ... Driver to rear bedroom telephone system ... Sequentially flashing blue rope lights ... Roof mounted remote spot light
Odd, yes? Those are the things that we REMOVED from the bus conversion after we purchased it. The original conversion was done by one of the highest profile bus converters. Initially, I was careful to not destroy the rest of the interior while extracting all that excess stuff. However after I dug into the hidden areas, I realized the conversion was made for superficial show, not quality. Long story shortened ... we gutted the bus to bare ribs, front to rear, ceiling to floor. The next few years were spent rebuilding to our standards and needs. May I brag here? The finished product is far superior in quality to any commercially converted bus. For one thing, we designed everything with AutoCad to be sure it fit nicely and looked visually proportional. There is nothing in our bus now that says "glitz or snob appeal". Even the exterior paint job is classic and simple.
Possibly it can be said that we don't follow the rules unless they happen to be going our direction.

Steve,
On March 3rd, on my thread that started this grand journey into RVMdom, which is all your fault ;-) you stated:

Beverage of choice and plastic flamingos sold separately.

RVM2, I have taken this to heart.
Now searching for plastic flamingos. I NEED them!

Well Moonrover - you certainly deserve a gold star for reading the entire thread and a second for still recognizing that most of the mutants are innocent bystanders and not to blame for the headache you must be experiencing about now.
Indeed you have met the high standards of happiness all mutants enjoy and are welcomed into the RVMdom as RVM34 with all rights and privileges.
We are glad to hear of your repurposing of the casino lobby bus into a home any mutant would be happy to gaze upon.
Welcome!

Fear not for plastic flamingos abound. You shall have them in no time I am sure. This is Sparky - he travels with us. Although I have warned him about drinking my Makers and 7. He either pays for it or brings his own. I have carried him long enough.
Note: old grill was still with us - new grill much nicer - Sparky was nearly on the grill for hitting the Makers too hard that day.

I think I'm feeling the mutation take over. Went to a Wal-mart today and didn't visit the RV section. Later I drove by a camping world and did't want to stop! Don't have it Don't need it!
Those flamingos look kind of nice though.
