Bob, if you want help with the awning and its OK timewise I will be there at Notta Ranch in a bit over a month. Heard today that a part needed for Duchess will not arrive as anticipated so it will be about two weeks before they can release her to us. If that fits your timeline I would love to help you for a bit of a change.

As a retired airline pilot, the photo brings back memories of a flight I was on that was delayed for maintenance. The Captain I was flying with got on the PA and said, "Folks we're just about ready to go. As soon as maintenance tapes up a hole on the engine, we'll be ready to push back." You can imagine the startled look on the passengers faces.

I took a second look at that picture. The man is certainly a professional. Exam gloves looks like he just finished dumping the black tank and look at the precision he's using on apply the Thermal Activated Practical Environment (tape) bonding. Plus it looks like he's driving a smarty Van! Imagine what Barb could do with a Smarty Van!

Just checking in. Hi, y'all! We are at the Thor Diesel Club rally in Goshen IN ... did we already tell you this? ... walking, eating, spending money, all that good stuff. Laughing too much, probably.

I'm participating in the horse races this afternoon: Prancers for Cancer (Susan B. Komen). I'm the trainer for a pony named Bosom Buddies, w/ competition from the likes of Mammo-Grammy, another likely filly. I haven't met my jockey yet, but have my riding whip ready. Got to whip up enthusiasm, ya know, or my pony if she's slow!

PoP at 10!

Cheers!
Sue

Here are some PoP from the horse race, as promised. The scheduled assignments changed & my jockey was George, riding Hakun Ma Tatas.

I'm pleased to report that my pony came in *first*! It was a hotly contested run, & I think it was the magic whip that did the trick.

Our ribbons are in the English style for some reason, with red being for first place & blue for second. Very confusing for some folks!

Ponies included the winner Hakun Ma Tatas (I was his trainer), Crosscountry Cleavage, Bosom Buddy, Milkmaid, Hoofin' Hooters, & Mammo-Grammy. All told, we raised $700 for the Susan B. Komen Foundation. Every

Good job Sue, milk these accolades for all their worth!

For me, I feel like a pony rode hard and put up wet. We had a 5 day old, two 2yos, a 3yo, 5yo and a 9yo over this afternoon. Next week we head over to see the other two, a 5yo and an 8 yo.

Tim, I don't feel your pain, but boy can I imagine! You've had a tremenjous day of fun! Now where's that bottle of pain reliever?!
