I think she's done doing that. Bandages have been off for a week or two now, no new damage.

Looking forwards to the end of the month to return to our winter nesting spot...

Carl do your birds molt? My chickens look like they've been put through a meet grinder! Lots of feathers all over the coop and run.

Not at that level. They loose feathers a couple times a year, but nothing big all at once, little by little. I gave a bag of feathers to Shara one year, probably captured half of what I gave her and I don't always try to save them. The bigs ones are easy to get though.

Over 24 hours with no posts. What is happening!!

We are home and awaiting RVMutant company. Dwayne and Shara are in the area and visited the other day. It is always, always nice to see other RVMutants, so COME ON DOWN!

I wish we had or own RV Park like someone else we know about - but alas, there are many parks near us.

Yesterday was a busy day for us, it wasn't so much physical #@&# but waiting for a good outcome for my daughter's significant other, he needed some extensive surgery and we were commissioned to help wait at the hospital, thankfully he is doing much better and is much improved already ...

Cheers !!!

Just plain lazy for me... by the time I get all my chores, my fingers are too tired... lol... chores are mostly self imposed, got plants in yesterday, moved rock, so after dentist today, I went and bought more plants..

One upper implant has failed, gotta get that one redone and then another tooth removed.... should just get em all out....

Anyway, i do look and see...

Got a chance in my busy schedule today to have a go at the slide problem.....cut open the coroplast, found nothing wrong there, but out at the end of the rear rack, there's a bracelet that attaches the rack to the slide frame.....1 messley bolt, vertical, that, even tho the bolt wasn't that loose, let the bracket teeter totter up at the back between a 1/2" and 3/4".......so. with a little help from a C clamp, sucked it back down tight to the rack, and drilled a horizontal 3/8" thru hole and bolted it back into working order....just love having a hardware store so close at hand......Also found a RV store about 15 miles from home that has a new awning arm in stock a lot cheaper than other prices I saw....will pick it up Tuesday and save the crating and shipping, as I'll be there to load up tools for here...

I made my 3rd stop at a Habitat for Humanity Restore today while we were in Yuma picking up groceries. This time I scored 4 complete windows, a brushed pewter double towel bar with matching TP holder, another new fire extinguisher and a nice storm/screen door. Total cost $116. And they don’t charge sales tax since it’s considered a donation to a non profit.

Gee, I wish they carried lumber, gutters and metal roof panels. Those are what’s needed for phase 1, the water collection roof and carport. S

Sounds like you scored on that. We are getting starts planted for the water garden, and the garden tower. Looking for lots of plants this year.

Also had the water softener replaced today. Old one stopped working.

Lots of projects getting started. Should be fun but some hard operations
ahead.

And the steam locomotive ,Big Boy 4014 is sitting here in Yuma till in the morning. It is really large.

Be careful out there.
