Well my problem is there is no meniscus left on the inside of my right knee , my last cortisone shot was 42 months ago maybe if I'm lucky this injection will last as long ... Only time will tell ...

A very rare sight in Yuma, AZ! Considering how little it rains in this part of the country, seeing a Rainbow is worthy of mentioning. I was driving east and stopped at a stoplight when I first saw this vivid rainbow. It lasted over 20 minutes and 6 miles.
