Whenever I feel a cold coming on, I pop 4 aspirin every 4 hours and it usually knocks it out. I do have a high tolerance for most meds. Plants manufacturer their own form of aspirin to ward off disease. It's really a wonder drug.

I are I are talking to MOI. Thought you were referring to SA when you said Alamo. I have to admit I don't know where Alamo is. Thought a possible mini curiosity might be in order.

When I was looking at the thread on my laptop this morning - down at the bottom of the page - on the left side - your screen name was there as reading the thread. I tried to draw ya out - but maybe you were away... With the tread open.

RVM 21 is still alive and well. After our summer journey the return to our home meant we had many tasks to catchup. We forwarded our mail to our daughters address during our trip. Learned the hard way on that one, never do it as the USPS changed our address everywhere, what a mess to straighten out. Still not sure we can ever correct it.
Quartzite in Jan for a few days and still planning on Alaska in May.
Holidays are always fun and as the years progress each season is cherished by this RVM. Our family celebrates Hanukkah and Christmas so my grand children have the best of both, an ideal curiosity.
My wish for everyone is good health, peace of mind and good times with friends and family. May 2014 be the year all of our brave soldiers return home safely and we end this decade of war. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I don't mind going to the gym as long as I'm the judge.

Dunner, you need to be very, very cafreful. Earlene reads this entire thread, plus some others. Here is what she said:

"Earlene said to tell Dunner she was contemplating either (1) the disappearance of her hip bones, or (2) ways to steal Sandee's phone, or (3) her next conversation with Wayne. Merry Christmas"

Trust me, it was the last item!!

Maybe he will pass thru Ft Worth and we can be the entertainers. Uh oh just had an infrequent flash of brilliance. If we route our trips by mutants locations at every nites stop, we will always have somebody to have dinner with! Naw that won't work, our mutant map locators will look like jello, always moving around. Oh well, press on fellow Muteys.

Kind words, and so true. Especially the first two sentences.

As a matter of fact, I think I did knock over a glass of ice tea but it stayed on the table. Hmmm! can't remember. Not much to remember about that night - I'm trying to forget. (5 more months Herb, 5 more months)

Ahhh...but he and Earlene were most excellent hosts. they took us to a very nice Mexican restaurant with the best Carne Asada I have had...EVER. They even sent us back to the road with an apple dump cake. MMMMMM

Wayne gave a great suggestion for an overnight in Victoria, TX at the city RV Park. $12 includes water & 50 amp power. Sewer cost and extra $2. Sitting there right now.

This thing rainbow ride has started so much better than we could have ever imagined. Gonna hate parking in Alamo for so long but it is necessary for this winter go around. Already dreaming of the GC @ CL!
Ah! True words again. Regarding the shins and forehead, it was difficult telling them apart. both had about the same amount of hair.

Now Herb, calm down, it was only a few bites of left overs, not the whole enchilada.

Anybody watch Duck Dynasty? I don't know or care what he said, it's just that I don't see how they were rated the most popular show. I watched it for about 1.3 minutes once. Who cares about a bunch of (now) rich quackers. Poor little Daffys.

Have to agree with you here, and when you run out of Aspirin, go for the real thing...

Willow bark | University of Maryland Medical Center

the plant that aspirin evolved from!

Stay well!
