Then onto Illinoi, not sure exactly sure yet where we will go there. We are going to the Hannibal area in Missouri so that I can do my geneology research in that area. Then will head to Lee's Summit to visit with my cousin and then head home. Will probably be home by the first part of June. Will leave in August to head out to the east coast for the Myrtle Beach rally. If you and Mary or anyone else is interested in the TN, Kentucky, Illinois part of the trip more than welcome to join us. I am only to do actual family research in Missouri.
Oh yea, we are also going to Indiana to visit Indianapolis and the race track there.
Ginny, we most likely will move over to State Park for our hosting duties following the GC. Was thinking of making loop up through Kentuckey, Blue Ridge Mtn. and areas that interest us on way to Myrtle Beach. Just gathering ideas and haven't set a departure date yet. Our annual trip with family has been moved to Feb so once we leave we can be out till the seasons hit again, you know, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Deer and Duck!

It is a great way to spend the day. And I have already checked, there are caches hidden along the way on the trail that circles Montana Mountain.

Cheers !!!
Would be kind of fun to do a travel bug picture scavenger hunt using our barrel o monkeys at different geocache sites around the GC area...

Hey! Are we related? I, too, have a cousin in Lee's Summit.

Our S & B is in East Central IL, should you be going anywhere near Champaign on your way to Indy. We're just south of I-74 and east of I-55, and we'd be happy to offer an overnight 50 amp outlet and parking spot. Near Amish country and the U of I campus.

Come mini-curiosity with us! That would be soon after the GC@CL.

Cheers!
Sue

RVM2 checking in. It is official. I have the flu.
As much as I dislike using the emergency room for medical treatment, my shortness of breath, etc - was too much for me to deal with.

Annie is fine for now - has masks - anti-everything hand lotion and sprays.

I will be quiet now.

Awwww!!! Chicken soup for you, my boy, and plenty of it. Hey Annie! How is your chicken soup? Just don't get too close to the germs when serving it up.

And stay away from Arkansas for a while!

Sending many ohhhhmmmms your way, and seriously. Hope it's over soon and Annie escapes it.

Cheers!

Sue, Thanks for the offer. We very well may be in your area. We haven't actually decided where we will go in Illinois yet. I lived in the Champaign area when I was a young child, which was many years ago. My dad was stationed somewhere close by there at an Air Force base, the name of which escapes me at the moment.

My cousin that lives in Lee's Summit is actually the wife of my cousin who passed away a couple of years ago but I still visit with her. I actually go there at least once a year to attend a Daughter's of the American Revolution meeting with her. She helped me get in the DAR so I have left my membership in that Chapter for now. Her name is Carol Evans and she is originally from Nebraska.

Are you going to be in at CL in Hot Springs?

Sorry to hear Steve!

You should try a few of these as well.

Hot water, 1.5 oz's Amber Rum, 1 tsp. butter, 1 tsp Honey, stir with a Cinnamon stick.

Instant feel better. Have 2 feel even better!
