That's right at the Border.
I've stayed at another park on the Osoyoos, BC side of the border.

It's a nice area with great weather and tons of Wineries on the Canadian side. (A block away)

Now you've done it. You used that four letter word "crud" and you are going to get chastised severely.

Come on all you dirt lovers! Let him have it.

Wayne....in Kansas...we kind of use that word for illnesses that spread about in communities and gardeners should call dirt soil....so dirt is the stuff on your floor.....that ought not be there.

Good morning !!!

Crud, creeping crud, it is both dirt and it can also mean illness if you are from Michigan. Anything that makes you not feel right can be crud. So with that said you are both right and you have each won a hot Toddie of your own making.

Cheers !!!

Yeah. But I used that word the other day and got "made fun of," so be careful, cause I have a case of crud to give away.

Cheers !!!
That sounds cool...and fun! The things that people get up to here in AZ!

Hi Cindy !!!

Well yesterday we went out and circled Montana Mountain. And because we were so far out I couldnt get a signal on my phone or I would have posted progress as we made it, but now that I have some more photos uploaded into my mutated device I'll post a few others. The cache that we found was an old ammo tin under a tree about 18 miles deep into the trip. The desert wilderness is very amazing.

Quibbling Crud to Squabbling Sickies

I just want to tell you this H1N1 - Swine Flu is nothing to fool with. In less than 48 hours I went from feeling fine to being unable to breath - along with the other wonderful symptoms. I can't even say that I am any better having started my meds at 5:30 last night. Shortness of breath - hacking - coughing - head and body aches, etc.

Basically the inhaler, Tamilflu ibuprofen, and codeine cough syrup amount to taking several of the Hot Buttered Rums Les prescribes. Doesn't really cure anything. Just knocks you out so you don't exert yourself or feel the pain. I'm sure I will be fine and thank you all for your kind words. Honestly though - I have never been scared by an illness before. If you think you're getting the flu - get to the doctor fast. I believe 9 people in North Texas did not and they are no longer with us.

Bacon is Awesome - Swine Flu is Awful

I will check in now and then, but it is too much effort to post.

Rubbing vicks on your feet and putting g thick socks on seems to help with coughing before going to sleep... at least its helping me....
