Yep! I was just being a Smart A...lec.

I am type 2. I do not take insulin. I do need to loose weight. my A1C last time was 6.4, which puts me just above the border line.

Next year's resolution will be to loose weight and possibly exercise.

Hey 'ol potential one. How you reeling today. Kitty got your tongue. We need to hear words of wisdom emanating from your finger tips.

Look to the bright side. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Also, it is another day closer to the GC@CL. Just think, in 4 more days we will all be under 100 days until the Grand Curiosity. Only 103 days to go. Whooooppppppiiiiiii!

Get well OF.

p.s., How many more 4 letter word days do you have (not counting malingering.)

You have peeps!

Our pool peeps are busy now. My MH and Wrangler washing peeps were here yesterday.

CARBOHYDRATES
On this topic, along with it affecting blood sugars, keep in mind that it can genrate high triglycerides (lipids) that can clog up your pipes just as good as LDL. Many get a simple cholesterol test, and their HDL/LDL numbers can be fine, but the lipids can kill you just as easily.

We had issues with high lipids, conquered it with carb control and excercise, and get annual tests that include lipid panels.

Just saying, you STMs!!!

Good Morning Mutey's !!!

Not to change the multitude of subjects that we have going, but I"ma goin too. But first ... Steve My pal my friend my buddy, I sure do hope you are feeling better today, remember whiskey therapy is not a bad thing, but be respectful of any other meds you are on.

Now I know the importance of all these ponderances that are floating about, what with the H1N1, and the cholesterol, and lipids and starch and diabetes and all that all that entails.

But as I went to sleep last night I had all of these things a floating around in my head, and last but not least in any shape of the imagination, our potentates condition.

Well I had a dream, a vision, an awakening of sorts only equal to but not greater than the stark terror of the Twilight Zone, Marcia and I had taken the Magic Carpet to Frisco, Tx just north of Plano, and we were not able to meet up with Steve, because Steve had snuck out early for CL. So onward we went and as we went the spanish moss kept getting thicker and thicker, well we arrived in Hot Springs and at the drive into the Landing when what did we see, but Steve our Potentate standing in knee high grass with a grass skirt, and a coconut cup shell top and long spanish moss hair all hanging down wiggling round like some stark raving mad hula dancer passing out Mardi Gras beads and pouring Hurricanes. I was frightened but yet strangely intrigued, and Marcia was laughing like a mad hatter.

I dont usually remember dreams, and I wish I wish I hadnt been able to remember this one, scared the livin daylights out of me !!!!!

Cheers !!!

Hey Wayne !!!

Marcia is recommending therapy for me as well, but not until I get up top of the magic carpet and do some seam sealing to make sure whats outside stays outside.

The last time it rained I did notice that we had some moisture make its way inside of the coach. With that said, its not unexpected, I mean this is a 13 year old coach going on 14 and its going to need upkeep, but it sure is nice keeping the upkeep to a 40 foot coach than a 2400 sq ft home on 7 acres. Each and every day I find that I dont miss the S&B at all.

Cheers !!!

A fine ponderance Jeff, and, you lucky dude, being able to remember a dream is unique, remembering such a fine dream is a gift.

Also interesting is that my Rock and Roll band in the mid 60s was "The Livin' Daylites".

I hear that, Jeff. I have 8 tubes of Dicor self-level waiting for me to redo the seams that down the road would eventually leak, but not on my watch!

Good Morning Dave !!

And what a wonderful Warm Blue Sky Morning it is. I dont know why I had to remember that one, and the Livin Daylites what a name that was, but yet not quite the same. I just hope our potentate understands the comic injustice of some dreams ....

hahahahahahaha ...

Cheers !!!
