Dennis Interesting study

"If you look up the Edmonton Protocol on the net there is some interesting news. The University of Edmonton in Alberta Canada has cured a friend of ours who was a life long type 1 insulin dependent diabetic from birth. I am planning on going to see them in the summer to see if I can get the procedure done and what it will cost me. "

We have been reading about it.... Sounds promising, but DH has Congestive Heart Failure and after 2 different heart attacks, one with bypass, second time with stent, and he has an implanted ICD (defibulator) he would most likely not be a candidate.... But here is to hope...

That's my plan. I drilled a hole thru my roof for a cable and only used a cable entry plate and Dicor. It leaks down along the cable. GRRR! So I bought a 10' piece of Eternabond and a vibrating scraper tool. I have been procrastinating because we're parked in the garage. But I have to get it done before knee surgery.

Since the Dicor I used has only been there since Aug will I need to use a solvent to get all remnants off, or will the Eternabond stick to the Dicor residue? Anyone here know?

Back when we were gagging, uh I mean talking about okra someone asked for info about a frig/freezer thermometer. Here it is

Chaney Instruments Acu-Rite 00986A1 986 Digital Refrigerator Freezer Thermometer

The cheapest I've found is here.

Chaney Instruments Acu-Rite 00986A1 986 Digital Refrigerator Freezer Thermometer

Don't forget the Lithium batteries.

Hey Steve,

Good to hear that the nasty H1N1 hasn't killed your STM sense of humor. One post is all I expect from you today, but I expect 2 tomorrow, 4 on Monday, 8 on Tuesday, etc. until you are back to being yourself again.

Steve, make yourself up a couple of stiff brandy (your choice of flavors) and Seven-Ups. The alcohol will kill the flu and make you not care.

Eternabond and silicon are a bit too much like heavy metal for me.

Avacaco is more my style.

Like:
Aaaaavacado, avacado, avacado, avacaaaado...ah-ah-ah-va-ah-ah-ca-do
avacado, avacado, avacado...

Or:
We are ah-va-cado
We are ah-va-cado

And I have said quite enough for the evening.
Avacado, arigato, moshi moshi

When I had to patch my roof before re-roofing it, I used acetone to clean the roof and the Eternabond stuck like you wouldn't believe, don't put it where you don't want it because it's a bear to remove.

Thanks for the information about the remote thermometer, that's the one that I ordered.

Have a blessed day
