Yum.

IV is in Dr has seen and prescribed. Stuff will be pumped in soon. Just waiting for pharmacy to send up the bags and potions.

Judy - good for you on the shot!

So doctor tells me - when you get out of here - we will give you a flu shot. Long and short of it - flu season runs until May. Get the shot - doctors orders. That's what he said...

Thanks again to all mutants - Annie and I appreciate your support.

Well, at least it's not sushi, Steve. The food there alone will convince you to get better just so you can leave and get home to some real food. No, chasing after the night nurses!

And the hospital staff says, "Dang! Steve sure knows when to show up! Best dinner in a month and he gets a bed. Is he different? You know, mutant?"

And the doctors note the awe-inspired staff and have a conflagration that gleans a treatment plan. "How about we bag and potion him? Ya, better check with Annie."

Steve, you are my Brother.

By the way we are headed out on a Jeep trip to Reymert Mine and mixing in some geocaching as well today, we will send progress reports from the trail !!
Was Reymert Mine in any of those books I sent you? If that's in the Bradshaw mountains north of Phx, I don't remember ever hearing of it, and I've been up that way many, many times in quads, motorcycles and my `70 LandCruiser.

Did you tell the doctor that you are expecting a Bacon Flavored IV?

Thankfully....

Glad you are on the healing route Steve. Annie needs the rest the hospital can provide her by keeping you locked up.

Sit back, relax and eat bacon you STM you.

24 Hours and Over 2 Pages - Sheesh

Thank you all. If I had better timing, I could have had 3 others in front of me and I would be #69 (perv that I am). However, since I too am from the Class of '66 (Crawfordsville, IN), I will gratefully accept that number.

Three Daves are confusion? I am the nominal leader of a local hobby club we started in 1980 - at one time we had FIVE Daves! There was an online comic strip called Narbonic, where everyone named Dave was part of a sinister worldwide organization called the Dave Conspiracy.

I have indeed read every comment in this thread (I started from the first few) but I am NOT providing a synopsis, report, compilation or any other thing that resembles schoolwork...

Yes, my flamingos do light up, and I have a larger one with a solar ball for its body and a 3 footer in a Santa hat for Xmas decorating. There are even some plastic lawn ones for the RV.

Going to try the sweet+spicy bacon chicken some night this week.

But now it's time for bed. Good night Mrs.Calabash and all that...

The last time I was in the hospital, they didn't serve bacon. Something about the sodium content. And the condiments are the farthest thing from salt you can imagine.
