Steve, I fear your release from the hospital just means that they had someone more ill than you, who needed your bed. But then that does mean there is someone more ill than you, so maybe you are recovering. Yeah, that's the ticket you are getting better. In which case-- Woot! Woot! and Hurrah! Keep up the good work, and enjoy your time off to get fully recovered.

Judy, If Steve fully recovered he's have to lose his RVM number.

It is nice to be home. I can tell I am better - but have meds and bed rest for the next two weeks. It will be nice to get some sleep tonight. Truth is I still have some recovery to do but honestly I can tell I'm moving slowly in the right direction on all fronts. That is a first in 2 weeks.

I will be glad to have some "T" back in my mutantness - been entirely too much "S" is my STMness.

Thanks again all.

There are 10 of you gents that have not managed to connect me with your DW. We have something important to discuss prior to the GC that will take some advanced preparation and I need your cooperation. I would threaten to hunt you down like a mangy dog, but instead I'll let you imagine what life will be like in your house if your DW is the only one who doesn't find out about this with sufficient time to prepare.

I'll be outta commission for 4-5 weeks staring 2/5 and I'd like to make sure this is taken care of before then.

Remember guys -- Happy wife, happy life.

If you look out at the end of that dock and peer closely you will see a little stick like thing-a-me running up out of the water and through the distant water. If one were to look very closely at the background mountains you will see a mountain in the far distance (little bump in the background but really there) and if you look real real close you will see Possum waving hello to you from there.

A way to contact your DW that you don't use. PM me her cell phone # or email address, please.

Hey Ken - great to see yer avatar and hear from you! We mutants miss hearing from you - and I especially appreciate your well wishes as I have fought this flu. Still a ways to go on this latest of long strange trips... But at least I'm back home.

Saw a cool thing in the hospital. The veins in my right arm play hide and seek so getting an IV going can be a challenge. They have a red light thing they shine on you and you can see right where they are hiding. Now this did not keep me from having a bruise about the side of Grade AAA egg - but the line held.

They were really pushing the juice through me almost round the clock for 48 hours. First antibiotic took 4 hours to run - the second about 2.5 hours - rest about 1.5 hours and back with the first. In the middle the steroid injection direct in the line. Glad to be on oral meds again - but they sure can dose ya fast with a line.

Well back to the snooze - nobody to wake me is nice - but woke up anyway and remembered RVM20 had stopped by. Had to to say thanks while it was on my mind.

Take care!
RVM2
