Hi Ed. I'm not going to the show, but I'd enjoy seeing the RV Dreamers since I follow their blog. Are they weighing RVs as well as putting on a seminar? Be sure to report back about the show.

Hi Les, I didn't get up early enough to see you off to work. Keep up the good work and support us old retired folk. Just kidding, your time will come even if is seems far away.

I was pondering (remember pondering) our coming 10,000th post and it occurred to me that we have not invited others to join us on our journey as destination this year.

So without further ado...
Think you might be an RVM? Wonder what it's all about? Well here's how to determine if you too are an RV Mutant.

Do you have a beloved RV that doesn't have a thing or two but ya don't miss it cause ya don't need it. Is the journey your destination? If so, tell us what ya don't have and don't miss and join the RV Mutant curiousity. Next number up is RVM67.

Make yourself known and join us on the rainbow. You'll be glad ya did! Next stop - the RVMdom.

You may find additional information on the mutant way of life at www.rvmutants.com

We are a happy curiosity and hope ya join in the fun. The Journey is the Destination!

What??? We aren't there yet? Even though we didn't get up until 11am PST and I had to take a shower and feed the fur kids before I could check it? Dang, it must be Monday. Yeah it is. All that means to me is that I have a Dentist appt in town today.

Sorry for those of you still tethered to the W word, but somebody has to replenish the funds in the Social Security hope chest. I had my turn for 40+ years.

I will take y'all along with me today. The Dental Clinic has great, fast WiFi. This is an easy appt. Just picking up a night guard. So even those of you squeamish types won't mind going.

Have a wonderful day, Muteys! The sun is shining here in the PNW for the 5th day in a row! Must be a record.

Hey Barb !!

I hope your Dentist appointment goes well and that you don't have to be there long. As far as a quiet rainbow is concerned, all that means is that we are busy mutating. Now I suppose it could be that there are a few mutants that are awaiting the crowning moment before they post again not wanting the notoriety of posting on the next milestone on the literary rainbow.

Cheers !!!

Well my prediction of us hitting the 10000 mark at 2:30pm today was most definitely wrong. we need 10 more posts to get there.
Happy Monday Martin Luther King jr day! A holiday, I forgot about.
9thousand 9hundred 90th post.

I dont care how good the dentist wifi is..... Booooooo. My dentist is a cutie, and really sweet, but he knows i dont like dentist... So he gets the nitrous out when i walk in.

Had my exercise earlier.... My 1 year old Westie pup pulled out of her harness and was enjoying the freedom. Had already pulled out of a step in just 10 minutes before, and this was the old fashioned collar and girdle one. Guess i didnt have it tight enough.... I am sure that was funny.... Thankfully there are lots of other doggies around us that she knew, so she stopped to visit. I could just envision her running down the NO dog beach......... And she is as white as the beach....

Yes, i still love her...

Hi Diane !!!

Don't ya just love IG when the fur kids make break for it. We had a huskie that would pull the same stunt, and then you just had to wait till she was to tired to wiggle before she would accept being caught. It was one of her favorite games.

Let the countdown begin !!!!

Cheers !!!

Our pups think the world is ending if they lose their collars or leashes. they run back to us and beg to get hooked back up.

Today we took the MH in for a few warranty issues (they have to order a few things), and on the way home stopped into a barbeque place for some BBQ tofu. While there, I saw this and thought about my mutant friends:

Hey Judy,

You are the lucky ones then, huskies just can't help themselves they have to run. Even when they know they are being naughty ... lol ...

Diane,

Lily is a major goof ball on a leash, and her breed has problems with a collapsed trachea. I bought her one of these and it works GREAT!

No slipping out of this harness.

So, what do you think of the dental office? Not too scary, huh? They hide most of the stuff now a days. I was a dental asst back in the 70s and 80s. Not that much has changed except they are prettier and the chairs are more comfy.
