Remember - Ommmm also has a soothing effect when vocalized in low tone and sustained for a 5 seconds or so.

Missing Mutant Update - heard from Dwayne and Shara today. All is well on the rainbow. They are in a low to no cell service zone and have been for some time now. They are going to look at another CG in another Tx area. If they move, we may hear more from them... life is tough.

Barb, quit monkeying around, get some rest and get on up there and get the recovery process started. Sena and Lily will be fine.

Can't wait to see some of your drug induced post!

LOL, THIS is a drug induced post. I'm hoping once the knee pain is gone to find out what life without narcotics is like. Or do I?

We haven't had any problem so far. Trees are covered but rain stopped and its still at 33* so hopefully we won't.

We're headed to San Juan, PR in couple weeks and I'm ready for 80* weather. I know I'll eat my words later! lol

Late to the party, but healing vibes to all ailing mutants, 2 and 4 legged, and to Barb for her surgery!

Barb, I wanted to call you today but I misplaced your phone number. We will chat later as I got the lowdown on a few places along 97. Don't worry about it as we got a few months to straighten things out. Be good and play right with the doctors and the PTs. Lots of Ohhmmmmses your way from up in the frozen Northwet.

Thanks everyone for all the good surgery vibes. Hopefully there will be a closet mutant in the OR with me tomorrow. I know that all of you will be there in spirit. I'm actually going to sign off early tonight and try to get to sleep when most people do. It's been a busy few days and I'm done in. And three alarms are set for 4 am next time you hear from me I'll be bionic.
