Safe journey RVM1...Be sure to stop by the potential RVM sponsor I'm trying to land. Berthas' Kitty Boutique in the Dells.

BTW - I thought you were heading out yesterday - excellent example of RVM planning. Thereabouts is being entered into the RVM Phraseology Lexicon. Currently with two uses - referring to a departure or arrival date - or referring to where one is headed.

1. We will leave on the 8th or thereabouts.
2. We are heading to the Dells or thereabouts.

The phraseology / lexicon challenge is still open. Submit your entries and achieve RVM fame and recognition from your mutant family.

The what RVMs don't touch challenge is still open as well. Wayne was our most recent entry with his post on not touching wax and not letting wax touch his clear-coat.
Floor is open.

Have a mutant day friends.

Roundabout!

We moved to Ga. from Clearwater Fl.
At Clearwater beach they had a nice standard intersection that worked well for years.

They wanted to make more turn lanes etc. for N. & S . Beaches, side streets, etc. so, in their infinite wisdom, they had the brilliant idea of a roundabout.

They spent $ millions making it a showpiece. They put a nice big fountain in the middle, so no one could see the traffic in the roundabout. That was the first thing removed after a year and several more $ million. After two more years and several $ million in changes, to include...stop lights for a roundabout, they tore it ALL up and went back to what they had.

Government thinking at it's finest.

There was one very happy contractor!

I also don't miss washing the roof, as DW does not trust me up there. No way will I tell her differently. (Oops! She reads this forum - trouble now.)
