Can't debate the Q in Hot Springs cause never tried it. Actually I don't get to eat it that much cause the boss isn't a Q fan unless it is ribs.

Why does everyone start talking about sammiches and Q and food to consume at the end of the day? Not supposed to eat this late, as it stays on as fat. But you all just have to make everyone hungry. Bad. Bad. Bad.

Old blues / folk ballad - You know my woman's evil. She's evil all the time. She wants ya to kill me just so you'll have it on yer mind. Oh mama - ya treat yer daddy so darn mean. When I ask for water. You bring me gasoline. Ya bring me gasoline.

My mistake was to quote Tim and refer to Herb.... Doh!! Lol.

Of course Judy has a mind! And she was actually spot on. My diet has gone to heck. And I actually have food coming to the house to eat. And ------ it's not bad. In fact - it's pretty good. I'm just a food addict - and that is sad. And while gastric bypass has been suggested, I'm not sure it's for me.

Thanks for the support that I have a mind, I struggle to keep myself from snacking at night. So as a diversion I check in on the rainbow and there I find PRIME RIB!?! What is up with that?

You are sposed to eat the high fat, high calorie foods in the morning, that way your body can burn it instead of store it. I am not sure that works, but that is what "they" say, the experts.

Ok, enough about what "They" say, changing directions, just saw news, a La. man passing through the state stopped at Crater of Diamonds State Park and after looking for 20 minutes found a 2.89ct. diamond. Yep, they're just laying around ladies, might consider how you spend your spare time while at the GC!

I return the thread back to thoughts of food. DW just delivered breakfast to be, a banana!

If we were to do even half of what some of you have suggested it would fill up almost a month in Hot Springs and yet no one has yet mentioned doing what HS is famous for -- the healing waters. When are we going to fit in a visit to one of the famous bath houses?
