You know Steve, thick cut bacon wrapped Kansas filets are a pretty special treat, and so is wild game. I be thinking we should enjoy them on separate nights. How about we do Friday night Filets with plenty of baked potatoes and assorted salads and side dishes. YUM!

With the socialabiity quotient of this group being as high as it is, I figure we're going to end up doing lots of group meals anyway. I'll help with the sign up sheets.

My EDIT -I see you added a line about red and brewskis ---- always a good pairing with steaks!

We have the small "Allegro grill" and it's never been used that I know of. This is just one more to use, I'll even wire brush it before we leave home.

Y'all are making me hungry.
We have a propane grill with a griddle and a attachment for a pan/pot. We will have it with us since we are heading east after the GC.

That's going to be quite a caravan. I may have to get there early and video tape your arrival for posterity. If you end up on any 2 lane roads I foresee a bunch of frustrated drivers, even if you keep space for others to pass. Whoever takes the lead may be in for some, ah, impolite salutes.

I was trying to leave a night open for sushi - BBQ - or wherever folks want to go in town. I am open to anything. But other than opening and closing nights - there is a dinner every night but Friday. Of course no one has to attend any dinner gathering and can go out with a group of their choosing. That's why some form of sign up sheets are needed to nail down who will attend what. And I have heard from a few - that they do not eat wild game - domestic cattle are ok though....
