So Catfish and Kegs have given way to Reds - I looked and while my closet is nearing bear - I did pull out ---
1 bottle 2002 Beringer Private Reserve Cab
2 bottles 2004 Luigi Bosca Gala 2 blends
1 bottle 2004 Kathryn Kennedy Lateral blend
A few surprises.

Found some others in the back of the closet that apparently (by latest review) didn't pay off or are past their prime. Will bring them along for the heck of it.... and do a little shopping...

Sure am looking forward to this and Public TV Is again earning it's keep - Brit Floyd Live at Red Rocks - if ya didn't know better you'd swear it was PINK... On 95% of music and 90% of vocals they are spot on... Off the charts for a Friday Night / Saturday morning. Comfortably numb....

Many years ago we would drive our 4wd pickups through the brush, sometimes across private property, till it opened up on large sandbars. Bonfires, fishing, music, drink and food and lots of friends. The funny thing is that we were out in the boonies. Today the area is in the middle of Little Rock and the sandbar is a park. They call it progress!

I thank you Barb.
Alas, I no longer needed the specialty stick when we upgraded from Fred to Gwen.
FYI, most things I carve end up pretty much looking like a stick, just smaller. :-)

Thought I might like a commemorative stick whittled by #1 to remember this great meeting by, then I found out he uses his stickers in his black tank, guess I'll let a handshake do, unless he's whittling, then I'll just do a head nod! lol

You are safe, Tim. My custom stick was for propping the toidy flush peddal down to fill the black tank.

I can carve several sticks a day. Cant tell the difference from the carved and uncarved. A unique are genre for sure.

Tim since you are a wood worker extroidinaire with a chain saw, how bout a commissioned work for the GC@CL? A commemorative totem pole to celebrate the event would be nice! Perhaps we can convince the Park that this fine work of art would permanently grace their grounds as a momento of GC#1. Whatcha think?
