Morning Wayne!! Yep - trawler is like camping at the fish mongers.

The shocking part was this is a wild elk and it was 30 min after sundown and the people were taking pic using a FLASH and the elk just didn't care at all.
And my camera batts went dead 5 min before this.
Not so wild, this elk! Been around tourists since he was a pup, no doubt.

But you w/o a live camera...now that sucks! I absotootely know your pain!!!

The good news is that you will never forget the scene. Ever! You'll be telling folks in the old folks' RV home all about it, ad infinitum. ;o

Actually in my old freshmen lit book. A poem...
Two octopus went out walking. Arm in arm, and arm and arm, and arm in arm, and arm and arm and arm and arm, and arm and arm, and arm and arm, and arm and arm.

I believe they were shoeless.

Wow ... I'm impressed with the events of the day here. New members ... welcome all, brothers and sisters! Looking forward to chewing the fat with all of you soon. Cool that we have in common what does not show to the eye ... that is our love of the adventure ... the journey no matter where.

Do ask questions if you want. Everyone here has answers, or will make something up that sounds good.

Looks like we need to pitch in to do a search for two RVs now. A guy over in Kenya just told me he is sending ten million bucks to my bank account, so ... I will buy new RVs for everyone soon.

Has it been made clear yet that some of us are anchored to a home? Sad, eh? Yep, I'm one of them but fight that reality with a vengeance. RV is setting here begging for cold weather to force its drivers to go on a southern tour. Who is it that said "near Columbus, Ohio" is their current home? Hey, you might be our next door neighbors! If so, come get your cat. He won't leave.

Moonrover - if that guy in Kenya is Prince Whatshisname - I gave him your location. You can thank me later.

Yes indeed - a banner day in the RVMdom. As Dave (RVM1) once said, when the Roster grew beyond RVM2 (me) we knew we were in deep water. Now we have a trawler pilot among us if the waters get rough, and two former Air Traffic Controllers if flying down the highway gets tricky and all manner of other experts including one heck of a cabinet builder who is now known as Moonrover - soon to be referred to a benefactor.
Looking forward to the new coach! Remember - not too many bells and whistles.

My email is well known in other countries, it seems. They love me. Offering to fill my bank account and all I have to do is send them the account number. Maybe they know that I just fell off the back of the turnip truck.

So many new faces as RVM's, welcome you'all

And I so missed all RMVdom!

Hopefully I'll be able to catch up --

I was in need of your legal opinion this morning concerning the bylaws and membership without a land based RV. The temp you arranged for did a fine job. I know you're more a copy-write expert but knew you could handle it. Good to have you back! Where was this remote tour? Somewhere cool I hope?

I'm glad all went well, be glad to proof-read the if you need the service.

Yes, the DW wanted a state park tour, no private CG's for her, so we visited Wyoming, Nebraska, the Dakotas, Idaho and Indiana after our extended stay in Ohio. It was cold, had to use the heat at night and never even needed any A/C Unfortunately there was no WiFi and our cell WiFi was too slow to be truly useful.

We also visited a number of KOA's prior to her 'tour'. She joined and I must admit, most of them are better than Good Sam (Sorry Good Sam..) She received a KOA book with all their CG's. Back in Utah now at a private CG, inexpensive, W/S/E pull through $20. And fast free wifi!
