Herb - thanks for posting details on the Grande Curiosity @ Catherines Landing.

It has occurred to me that mutants will be crisscrossing the country to get to GC @ CL - Hot Springs Ar in April. If you will be passing through an area that is inhabited by a fellow RVM not making the trip - perhaps you can find a way to plan a visit with them on the way. Mini-curiosities on the journey to the GC. Check out locations of members in the roster posted earlier today - or in their profile and drop a PM.

I'm still wondering where RVM4 4kids got off to. And several others. Thinking of sending more PMs to make sure our mutant members are doing well on the rainbow.

Exchanged emails with Merlin - Moonrover - the other day. They are busy busy - but doing well. Will be back with us when there's a break in the action.

Over and out!

By all means, we are in the area until 12/10, then leaving for holidays, back end of January. Deb and would love to get together, and yes, with everyone if we can make our schedules work. We are pretty much free and flexible!!!!!
We will be settled next week.
Ok Dave & Dave,

Once Marcia and I get to Apache Junction I will contact you both and we can see if we can pull something off mayhaps halfway between Tucson and Apache Junction, I dont know if there are any sights to see inbetween but something may come about. November 1st is our arrival date in AP.

Cheers !!!

Geessshhhh, Do you all remember when the Waltons said good night? can you imagine the number of posts we could create if we all said good night in the same way, and do you realize the ramifications of such an act and the ponderances that it would create amongst other readers that are not mutants? it is a most scary proposition, but I like it Good night Herb and dont wear the missus nightgown either.

Cheers !!!

Herb,
If you have already departed for bed this early I just wanted to say that I most definitely have darkened glasses on to keep the glare from foreheads from blinding me. (Oh great! He probably has as much hair as "Jack" does.)

Possum,
I'm going to look up a picture some one sent of you. I'll post it a little later.

Mutants,

I stay a bit overweight because it wouldn't be fair to all the skinny people if I were this attractive, intelligent, funny AND thin.

It's a public service really.

The young man who drives this truck is the son of a good friend and a great person. He posed with this load just prior to traversing the loaded truck down the mountain where it was piloted along 35% downhill grades. The back tires of the truck and the trailer have water spray controls to keep the drums cool enough for the brakes to remain effective.

The truck is too big to be used anywhere but company owned logging roads. Most part of a subdivision loaded on the back of the unit.

I wonder (I think this is a ponderance really) how many of the RVM crew would attempt to drive that truck down the same mountain road. Some of the logs are 6 foot in diameter.

Welcome aboard the rainbow #53 & #54! It's a fun, fun ride.
