Wayne, there's been many a trip that I couldn't meet a 2 fish limit. Growing up my dad was a guide on a couple of the local lakes so catching boat loads of fish was always a matter of just going fishing with dad. He would tell me what to throw, where to cast and we always had success. After he passed I realized how little I knew! Now I mostly run trot lines for catfish, and best part is Mary will help bait the lines!

Ok, but we have to decide WHICH rainbow suspenders meet OFFICIAL RVM standards -- rainbow stripes, or these

Amazon.com: Rainbow Suspenders: Toys & Games

My Discover Card awaits the group's decision.

That one has a dark spot on the wide green stripe on the left... And the left lower red stripe. And... and the top right red spot. Blem. No wonder they are only $3.

Hip Hip Hooray! for Steve. Well done!

Les your news just keeps getting better, Safe trip home.

Barb you are the Amazon Queen! You seem to find anything on Amazon, who woulda thought they had rainbow suspenders? However the ones I was thinking of were the ones the lumber yard/hardware stores sold for guys to help carry the weight of their tool belts. Those wide heavy ones. Not sure if they still sell them or not.
They were made by Klein tool

Judy, I remember the back support ones with the wide belt. I used to buy those, cut off the suspenders and use them as a kidney belt for motorcycle riding. Still have one.

Barb, where do you find those 20% off, open box deals. Can you tell I haven't searched?

Hey Mike - until this very moment - I never realized the one in the picture was the one for sale and you were buying. Is that only when there is one left - or do they take a new picture every time one sells?

Judy,

I like Amazon because of the customer rating system. There's a lot more info from previous buyers and it's more honest.*

Klein only sells solid color suspenders, but I found these

Hold Up Rainbow Utility Suspender

I like these because they don't have those clamps that chew up the waistband

Perry (Belt-Clip) NOVELTY Suspenders|SuspenderStore

If we want to wear them more than once I think the cheapies are out.*

On Amazon there is often the words, "other buying choices" if you click on that it will take you to a list. They call them Used, but I find that they are just opened usually. But it comes with a seal that says, "graded by Amazon". I've never been disappointed when I bought a warehouse deal, but I read a lot of the reviews to make sure it's something worth buying in the first place.
