Lovely to look at, Les. I'll let you keep it up there, please. We have possible snow tonight. Opening our overhead door is always an adventure. This morning was so foggy I couldn't see the river 300 feet away. I don't have TV and don't usually check the weather forecast, it's too depressing. So each morning is a surprise.

Awesome pics.
I always had fun in winter. Now, it is even more fun, seeing such cool pics, and being waaaay far away from it. :-)

Barb - has Sena experienced much snow? Does she find it playful - or like me - something to avoid?

Yeah, we have to shovel sunshine in the middle of winter. It's usually T-shirt weather by noon this time a year.

Steve, you may be used to the 30°s, but we only get hard freezes 3-4 times a year. Can't remember having to scrape frost off my windshield. Just dust.

Last winter in Casa Grande, we had about 2 weeks of cold, coldest in over 20 years, and that was according to the PHX stations!
I remember quite a bit o window scraping, Dunner. How was it for you?

Don't remember window scrapping. If I have to go someplace, I usually wait till it warms up. Nothing but Dr's visits are that important.

Hey Mike - actually we hit 72 today I believe. And I'm not at all used to 30 - but just like you - we got colder than normal much earlier this year. Down to 14 degrees. I would have loved 30 degrees. It wasn't a record cold but I believe it was 10 or 11 years ago since being that cold.
Brrr. Come on springtime! Come on GC @ CL!!

Ahhhh. I was up early to go off-road for the day. Used my CC to scrape. ;-)

Sena thinks snow is an evil plot to keep her from playing outside. It hides all the treasure she has stolen and taken to the upper level deck. And all the delicious bugs have all disappeared. She won't wear clothes anymore and a diaper just isn't enough to keep a tropical beauty warm.

Pleasure pier? Herb? Wayne? Kinda sounds like a brothel. I don't remember any in Texas City when I lived there. But I was only 9 months old when we moved to Houston.

I was laying under the coach today fishing a new battery cable through a loom of wire and hoses. I turned to look at something and a 3/8 bolt sticking down got me right square in the middle of the forehead. As I remember reading some old Seajay stories the only word that came to mind that I could utter in public was "Shucks". It inspired me to write a bad poem.

Getting ready to hit the snowbird trail
there are things to fix without fail
I got her fixed with wounds galore
I'm seeing stars but never swore

At last were ready to hit the road
load her up and hitch the toad
To far away and in between
there's no hurry, sites to be seen

A Mutant seeks the Rainbows end
the gold there is just some friends.
