Good for you Jeff! Nothin worse than a stale bottle of Vodka (although I have never seen one)... And will admit box wine is better than it once was. Still prefer mine in a bottle with a natural cork. I know cork is controversial - and the fake corks work fine - even screw caps are showing up on fair bottles of wine. Still - call me old fashioned. Wine is bottled and corked. But "corked" wine is vinegar.

Some use the cloak of invisibility in User CP - I think is called stealth mode or something like that. Peek-a-boo.

Cant remember who the gardening murants were but:
I bet those nights on the islands were without generators, electric lights and fans, I know our early days there had none of those!
I would laugh as my sons and their friends got to the age they wanted to camp out on the islands like they did as kids, but they carried enough power cord to wire a two story house, fans, Ele. Skillet, lights, radio and generator!

We will leave the GC and move over to Lake Ouchita State Park for 2 weeks of hosting. I will encourage everyone to drive over and check out the State Park and Lake. Lots of memories there and fish!

There is a setting in your User CP that will keep your name from showing in the currently active viewers at the bottom of the page. I guess some people are ashamed to be seen in public and choose to sneak around reading threads undetected.

Personally, I am proud of who I am and find nothing on IRV2 that I wouldn't want everyone to know I'm reading. It's not as if we have threads here that promote illegal or immoral activity. This is the most honest, above board place on the Internet. What is there here that makes anyone feel the need to hide?

Our "project" is nearly complete, but in the process, Nola and I have performed a Grand Mutation!

A few days ago, went to Quartzsite just to look around. We were going to turn around to go back to Yuma and turned by the RV Show sign. So, next Saturday we swap rigs. Yep!

We were the epitome of minimalist class A fulltimers, and did not want or need Heat pumps, 4 slides, Electric basement door locks, Keyless entry, Solar panels, Satellite dish, Full width Mud flap, tag axel, or Exhaust brake, etc.

Well, we still dont need them, but HAY, they came with the rig.

Somebody is going to get a fine class A in Fred. We will miss him!

Meet Gwen.

Wow, Dave and Nola, congratulations! Love the floor plan and you will too, by that I mean it's like our Discovery 40x and we truly love it!

I hope that now you have all these things we don't have to start the thread over again!

Glad for ya'll, like you told me about looking for a Jeep, "Get what you want, you deserve it!"

May I suggest a new thread, "What Dave and Nola now have that they don't need and could give to Possum." Congratulations and safe travels, keep the rainbow glowing.

Cork is carefully harvested in Spain & Portugal and is a renewable resource so i am not sure why Cork is controversial....it doesn't kill the tree, in fact they are very careful to take excellent care of the trees as that is their livelihood.
