So, isn't this Groundhog Day? What wisdom has our Punxatawney Phil had to impart this morning? Not that it matters to me, of course!
Cheers!

So I hear that some kind of virtual protocol was broken on another thread in another forum to remain nameless. Not being one to show off my excessive iconoclasty (is that a word), I will formally put my name in to the Mutant hat.
I hope that I can make a valuable - or at least memorable - contribution (as long as money isn't a factor).
God save the Mutant.

As anyone who seen the movie Groundhog Day knows, Pittsburgh is only a couple hours away from the hallowed (or is it hollowed) grounds of Gobbler's Knob.
What I'm trying to figure out is that here it is overcast with a little mist in the air, how can it be that the big rodent saw any shadow?

At the early hour that poor sleeping rodent is wakened and with all the TV lights on the scene, it's a wonder he ever predicts an early spring!

I think Punxsutawney Phil knows it's a crap shoot and just wings it! I think he's just in it for the bright lights and the fame!

He predicted early Spring last year, so I think he's a little shy of making that prediction again!

Hey MoeBelly !!!!
There are only two things to declare to become a full fledged Mutant !!!!
1. That the Journey is the destination.
2. That there are things you don't have and don't miss.
Read the first posts on page one and you will get the gist of this eclectic group and I'm quite sure our Grand Poohbah RVM 1 Campdaven or our Potentate RVM 2 flagship 1 will grant you the next spot on the rainbow. We are looking forward to making your acquaintance.
Cheers !!!!

Thanks for providing the details of our extremely harsh membership requirements, Jeff.
So, MoeBelly, is the Journey Your Destination? Can you name a couple of things that you aint got and also dont need? For example, I do not have rope lights, and have no use for them.
Somebody help me! I dont have the latest roster. Would RVM67 be the one for MoeBelly, if he gets thru the riggors of qualification ;-)

Goodmorning all you crazy and well rounded Mutants !!!!
We that sleepy rodent predicted another 6 weeks of winter, which is fine cause I plan on being in Yuma at least 8. Now to those of you that are still a tad bit on the chilly side of the mountains hopefully this will spur you forward in your plans of escaping the rigors of that nasty thing that starts with a W--- and ends with K. I know some of you can't do that, but for Marcia and I we often wonder how we ever had time for it. We are busier now than we have ever been and its so much more fun. Here's hoping that your rainbow shines brightest just outside your own door and that if you cast your rainbow just right you can join up with others traveling on there rainbows for a mini curiosity.
Oh and MoeBelly if you decide to jump on the rainbow we are having our first ever Grand Curiosity in April of this year and you could be a part of that also.
Cheers !!!
