I'm beginning to think retirement is when everybody gets all the things fixed up they have tolerated/put up with/couldn't take the time off work for.... Is this because like Barb... medicare kicks in and you can better afford it now or for those who never had time to get it fixed, you have the time now?? (or is it because we start falling apart at a faster rate past retirement age...)

Seriously, get all healed up. I'd offer a dance too but I have 2 left feet (makes buying shoes a pain...)
Did you say you were - or were not going to make it to the GC @ CL 4/24 - 4/30 2014?

I have heard many times of the "people with two left feet" but have yet to see one in nature.

Another RVM2 GC @ CL Shameless Promotion....

Ok - earlier I called for the Duck - but so far no go.... Now I'm calling for

Mike and Harriet - new rainbow residents need to check in cause we worry that you may have gotten locked in the coach. If it hasn't happened to you yet - be ready - cause it can happen (ask me how I know!).

On ours it took a little pull in on the handle and a pop with the palm of the hand near the top right of the door. Then of course an alignment of the strike plate.

Morning Flaggship1,, sorry we've been incognito the last few weeks. Been busting the hump trying to unload 10 yrs of boat stuff, and cull it down to 2709# of CCC. Didn't know I could pack SO much stuff in the boat. Been having Minnie yard sales in front of the coach trying to divest my self of some stuff. I had 6 PIPE wrenches. I'm OCD about tools but that's bordering on weird!! We're working hard to be ready to start north soon. Haven't made a reservation for GC yet, but should know in next Ten days if it's gonna work. Will keep mutantdom updated more frequently, and thanks for checking on us.

Quick recovery time wishes for Sandee.
I t doesn't look like ant of the Midwest is going to have an early spring, but I'm hoping for a spring. It is just over 2 weeks until the calendar will say spring. My family in Illinois is sick of this winter weather.

I have a good friend who lives just outside of Lake Crystal Minnesota and he tells me the weather is killing him this year. He lives in an old three story home and heats with propane. Happy he has the huge three tank propane storage facility he got a few years ago because he claims the delivery trucks would not have been able to get to him for a lot of days this year. He has lived there all his life except when in the service and tells me he has never seen a winter like this and he is in his early eighties. The chickens are so cold they aren't laying so he's had to actually snow machine to the grocery store and buy eggs.
