Thoughts of fishing have been placed on hold while winter roars once again. Youngest son is tempting me with talk of crappie fishing on lake Greason in late March. All I committed to was locate the beds and call me, I will come.

The annual Crape Myrtle trim back that should have been done by the end of Febuary. You normally trim them back pretty drastically hence the term Crape Murder! Surprisingly they always grow back!

Ha Jeff, did a little Jeeping while gone. Wasn't exciting enough so I decided to drive on the wrong side of the road the whole time. It was a Wrangler Sport which was pretty sweet on the tight turns! Hey Tim,

Two doors are fine but limited in some respects, on the trails a two door is more agile than a four door simply because of the shorter wheelbase but if its also your daily driver and you have friends to go along a four door can be beneficial, plus a greater capacity for stuff in the back, it all depends on personal preference.

If you look close you can see the parts of the wall that it hit laying on the ground below the MH. It was probably barely moving when it went over. I bet the rear end is pretty messed up. Glad it's not mine. Remember Jerry from the State Farm commercials? I bet it's his.

Evenin Muteys! We made it back home safely from the big city of Brownwood but it was not without a dramatic event due to my stupidity!




You mean you can't turn a MH around in the middle of a peanut field? All I can say is hats off to our good hearted farmers and their "big" tractors. At least he had a good laugh at my ignorance.

Lol I can laugh about it now but when my wife was taking that pic I wasn't in the mood to smile for the camera. It's going to take a few baths to get all that caletche dust off of Jenny and the Jeep.

Just a couple things. Me thinks that if that MH were going slow backing up. there would be one heck of a scrunch mark on the bay doors from where the rear wheels start, and the bays are resting on the wall. Now if the DW was going fast, then that might happen, but I think there would still be some crinkle where the bays came to rest, if not a good bend in the frame. I'm thinking photoshop, 'cause (to save myself) no DW would ever think of doing that. Oh wait, there is some crunch just in front of the rear wheels. Hmmm! Maybe it really happened. Sure would like to hear the story. BTW, that is a Winnebago Tour.

See my previous entry on who was driving. Now fess up, fess up. Herb, go to "Five Guys" and get all the peanuts you want to eat. You don't have to go plowing up some poor old farmers field. I'd like to hear more about that when we sit down around the smoothie table. Like, what are the brake lights doing on in the toad, shouldn't you be trying to go forward? How long did you have to sit there before you were rescued. How come that Jeep couldn't pull you back out? I thought they could do everything.
