It's a mini-suite, fer cryin' out loud!

Back in 4 days, Muteys. I'm about to lose my signal as we sail out of Ft. Lauderdale. Y'all keep a low profile now, so I can manage the ketchup on Monday!

Cheers!
Sue
Amazing what you can get up to when too injured to ride a bike! You go, girl! Have fun and like no one is watching

No, ours live outside in the tajmahall coop.
I went to chickendiapers.com and found several things to ponder in the FAQ. For instance, concerning the diapered laying hen:

"If the diaper is already dirty
before the egg is laid, the egg will get dirty."

I'm thinking "Before or After? Does it really matter?"

Well we bought the annual state park pass and the annual camping permit, which they say were mailed on the 12th, now we can hope to get them tomorrow before we leave. Or have someone forward them to us while we are in Illinois, before we go back for extended stay at Milford lake. We need to find a new S&B in Illinois. Our house here is sold. Stress level is high.
If you ever lived anywhere for 26 years, you know what I've been doing these past months.

yeah, usually you just need a note from your parole officer.

Unimponderable. (New lexicon for the Mutant Vernacular.

So an inquiring mind wants to know... what is better about Milford lake than say...Pomona lake, or Hillsdale lake? You know someone at Manhattan or Junction city or perhaps Fort Riley?

I will admit to going to the chicken diaper site expecting an early April Fools Day site. I don't really know what to say. I suppose it's as odd to some people that I diaper Sena and allow her free run of our home, but I never imagined a chicken as a house pet.

My 6 month stint as a chicken owner came to an abrupt halt after I found a 6 ft snake curled up in a nest box. The neighbor who came to kill the snake, brought his tractor the next day and towed the chicken coop and chickens to his place.

I found them to be stupid, dirty and cannibalistic. Never again for me, but to each their own.

Yes, DH worked/lived there for many years, and we have been going there for years.

To all concerned Mutey's. Thanks for worrying/ thinking about us. We've not dropped off the earth (round/flat?? humm), anyway. The last place we stopped had VERY poor phone/internet access. We stopped at a camp ground that had a four corner coach weigh system to find out how badly we'd over loaded our new ride. Pleasantly surprised by results. Little high here a little lite there, but under over all. While being weighed, one of the scale tech's said he thought he heard an exhaust leak, and sure enough the dreaded 350 ISC exhaust manifold crack was seen. Not big yet, so will try a trick I learned as a coal miner. Hope it works, didn't really want to spend money/time on it so soon in our a Rainbow Ride. PM'd Flaggship1 with this info (didn't want to trouble all mutants with saga) and will try to keep up on line. Whew! Youse guys are hard to keep up with!! If all works out hope to make CLGC. Think positive thoughts and hope to meet y'all soon.

Hey Mike and Harriet - as I said in my PM - sorry learn of the "crack" but glad you two are well and traveling. I wasn't sure how to pass along the news as it sounds bad, but at the same time you seem to know how to handle it :-)

Hope to see ya at the GC @ CL and I did PM some basic info on getting signed up. PM Herb - or Go to Www.rvmutants.com
The Catherines Landing Info is on the site too. Safe travels

We're off to get new tires. Ugh - too early for me... Hopefully the TST thru sensors will fit / align with front wheel simulators. The tire guy won't say till he sees it - which to me isn't very reassuring. I'd like to think a "we'll make em work" were possible. TST assures me they install fine. We shall see.

So off we go!
