So we made it Ok without a hitch. There was a small leak where I had camping world install a new down spout on sewer. The nuts on the grey blade were a little loose. Hopefully the tightening I gave em worked and it's not a seal problem since I don't have seals and I paid them to put new seals in. fortunately the black side appears tight.

Got hot water - the fridge has been loaded up and cooling down to 53 and falling fast - the freezer just past 29. No fluid leaks detected anywhere - going to run the washer / dryer and take a shower shortly to be sure everything is good there.

New tires were sweet but cross wind and word work leased the joy... And so it goes..

Well I just saw the typos in my last post - too late to correct em. If I had not just had a couple text messages with Jeff and Marcia and a call from Dwayne and Shara - I'd swear Annie and were that last mutants on earth.

QUOTE=Suspinz;2006720]'Morning, Muteys! It's a lovely day on the driveway today (putting on tennies and cardi while singing.)

We have yet another itch to scratch now. Somehow the gizmo that holds the long awning in its furled position has lost a screw/bolt/whatever and allows the awning to thump and bang when there's a stiff breeze. Not good for the awning or our nerves. Not good on the road either!

I may yet have to play mechanic again, because I really don't want Martin up on a ladder or even on the portable scaffolding. No, no, no! My wing is better than his wing!

Safe travels to all y'all who are on the road and on the rainbow. Can't wait to see the Texas contingent rolling in to CL! Chuck wagons roll!

Cheers

Had one of those slide topper stops fall off and had some real billowing out of the topper. If you stil have the stop thing-a-ma-jiggy you may have to put an over sized sheet metal screw. If the screw fell out it may have wallowed the hole. The other alternative is to start another hole with a drill about 1/4 inch or so away from the other hole. Worked for me, but i had a mobile repair person do it.

I think we are 13th from last on earth! B-) B-) B-) B-)
Next week we are getting a new front jack, and trying to get a doc to follow up on my ER pneumonia episode 2 weeks ago. We leave Tucson on Easter Sunday, by then if in your haste, you've forgotten anything let us know.

I feel your color, Di.
The desert is blooming! (Sniff-sniff)
Just now getting better. Was tired of crying all day. Sheesh!
But, now, to the GC, Hot Spring, April. Uh-oh!
And then PA in early May (UGH).

That gives us 4 days? Doesn't it start the 24th?

Yes it does start on 24th - RVM1 rolls in on 22nd - the 8 rolling in from Tx arrive on 23rd. Think Tim and a few others may roll in then as well.

You'll just be on the business end of driving - not meandering with a day of rest between days. No problemo for a Full Timer like you!

Thats ok... We are coming in on the 24th..... Lol. They told us it started on one date, then changed it... Like getting to the theater early before the ushers are there..... Think they all wanted to line up and watch..... IF i had known I would have loved to see Texas arrive, but alas... Previously Scheduled appointment makes us unable to arrive a day early..... But thats ok... It wont take me long to meet and greet.... As a retired teacher, i already have a seating chart made out....

Btw, is this a back in park, or can you pull in to see the water? Havent been to this park before....

Maybe the pollen count will be down before the GC... But PA... different story, altho the DC cherry trees are in full bloom. What area if PA? DH sister us in Hanover, but DH himself grew up in Baltimore...... Go back every other year...
