Martin is trying to figure out how to get brake and turn signals to the Jeep w/o draining its battery, and getting both to work at the same time. Know that one...hubby has been seeing PT for his right knee.....I learned years ago if it comes out of another's mouth it will be heeded....

Diane - glad to hear that your gall bladder surgery went well this morning. (Di posted on RVM2RVM) Here's some extra ohms for a speedy recovery. You now have the permission from your fellow mutants to eat some of the foods that you have been craving since the first few flare-ups.

Or at a minimum pic,pic space.
I'm pretty sure 2 side by side will always work and 3 seems to be ok too. Beyond that the scene / app is not smart enough to wrap to next row - and accommodates the pics to right in a most aggravating way..... If your on a windows based system that is....

No word yet. They had a customer waiting list a yard long. They still aren't convinced that hiring more techs would be worth the expense at $110 per hour. Maybe no news is good news.

Sue, is Martin installing a wiring harness? We have a CoolTech harness but some people prefer the Mopar. There are lots of knowledgeable Jeep owners that monitor the Motorhome Towing section.

Hey Steve, oh great Potentate! How are those ribs? Q sauce ready? Regular basting while rotating near fire always helps mine.

Can't help with the lump on the back of your skull. I don't do brains, as anyone who knows me can attest.

I am doing amazingly well. Of course got royal treatment. That was great. Both sons were in recovery as well as Larry. Felt so special. Laproscopy worked well but had to do one incision larger because of stone size. No nausea at all. Just took pain pill cause cant sleep. So groggy soon. But all is good and well. Thanks all.

All progressing nicely here Sue! Thanks for asking!!

I did learn many things at the GC @ CL. One is this - my smoker can bake more potatoes in 1.5 hours than a curiosity of mutants can consume - next time we'll make sure there is plenty of butter, sour cream and the like on hand to put this to a true test. But I love my smoker. May need to get me one of those fryers Tim had and a Q Grill - all I need next is a vendor license and a few more RVM recipes to open up shop.

As most of us would agree, too many restaurants don't go out of their way to present dishes that are based on good, old, delicious recipes that are the result of good, old, comfort food. Regional favorites would be appreciated rather than the blah, blah, blah, blah of national chains and locals that want to copy national chains.

There's some good food at most restaurants. Uniqueness and mouth watering favorites are glaringly uncommon. Put our 25 -30 recipes in PA, TX, AZ, IN, KS, OH, WA in a restaurant with good service and you'd have yourself a winner. IMHO

^^^^ You've said a mouthful Steve. I tried a bit of most everything at the GC @ CL and there wasn't 1 thing that wouldn't sell in a restaurant!! And --- that runs the courses - from venison chile to cajun dishes, to bacon variations to salads to slaws and catfish and steaks to cheesecake and cake cake and ice cream and the list goes on and on. And - that doesn't even cover wine selections, cocktails, and beverages I've never heard of.

I was expecting we would have new member requests rolling in like crazy after the GC but suspect we may have frightened or intimidated prospective mutants with our partying and cooking prowess. Fear not prospective mutants. We don't bite or bight - but our rainbow shines bright.

Does your RV not have a thing or two but you don't miss them? Is the journey your destination? Tell us about it and become the next RV Mutant. You'll be glad ya did!! And - the next GC can be your first ever....
