Look up whacked out.

Not going to copy and paste this post, because of some questionable definitions, but yes, exhausted is listed as one definition.

Here is one that keeps rising to the surface on my list:

When someone says that something is "out of whack", then logically when it is no longer out of whack, it must be "in whack". Is this solid logic? If so, then why do not people who are feeling good today proclaim "I'm feeling really in whack today"?

'Tis my ponder for this the wee hours of the morning. If I can't scratch up a heavier ponder, I may just quit for the night.

> My motto: I like breathing. It gives me something to do ....
So none of this solves the mystery of why folks don't say "I'm feeling really in whack today"
Maybe as mutants we are now obligated to fix this thing and coin a new phrase!
How about it mutants? Anyone feeling in whack today?

I honestly think that I'll start using that question when addressing my fellow old people. As opposed to the open-ended, "How are you today?", which of course might get you a two hour description of current aches and pains. Asking "Are you feeling in whack today?" might just throw them off enough to give me an opening to escape.

Mike had a destination and the journey was his to take. We may not like the path he took but it wasn't our journey, our journey is still in progress, no better way to put it than RIP Dunner, a mutant till the end of time.

If Dunner (RVM23) can't fix it, it ain't broke!

I am deeply saddened at the news of Mike's passing.
Not all that wander are lost and not all that is broken can be fixed.

Many of you were familiar with Dunner before I joined iRV2, but I bumped into him on threads even as a lurker. Those of us who "knew" him journeyed with him through some difficult terrain. There was a point not long ago when it appeared our buddy Mike was back among us and the rainbow brightened up a bit. I thought his health had taken a turn for the better, but it seems perhaps he was putting his best self forward. He told me not long ago that "it was bad". He said he had lived hard and pretty much made his way as he pleased. It was clear to me he was 100% mutant through and through.

And so with that, and without putting it to a vote – I hereby appoint on this day - May 29, 2014 - Mike (Dunner) Beatty – RVM23 as our Official Guardian Angel. We will now ride the rainbow with you looking over our shoulder Mike and we're all better for having known you.

Journey In Peace Mike
