Not sure that would qualify for 'Green Goddess' when it came from this .

So...by Monday I will be fitted with a back brace I will probably have to wear it 3-4 weeks. Sandee is getting OJT on setting up and tearing down stuff since I am restricted from lifting anything heavier than a gallon of milk.

So...no surgery.

Timing is everything so we will be here through Labor Day and then a few weeks in Monticello, IN. That will give time for the back brace to help me heal correctly and also for return visits to monitor the progress.

Sue...we will certainly be able to establish an unbreakable record for the most mini-Cs by the same mutants. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Happy days, glad to hear no surgery. Regarding a gallon of milk, do you figure you can make a gallon milk it longer then 3-4 weeks?

Just bad timing. Had a reservation since it was the weekend here in NY (as other places) and the CG is full. Besides, I had already extended my stay at my brother's place by four days. It all goes back to the sign I have hanging. "I'm smiling because you are my brother, I'm laughing because there is nothing you can do about it." He'll get even with me and come to Texas some day

No, that's no typo, it's certanly Rude the swimsuits some were in public when they have bodies like mine! Lol

I just keep my Mankini around for washing the roof.
Lordy! Lordy! Now I got this picture of you, all soaped up, sliding around on the RV roof! No, no, no! Say it will not happen.

Having had the benefit of 20 years of Class B camping - I learned the importance of organization. I used a lot of backpacking equipment back then - stuff sacks and small stoves and lanterns, backpackers cookware etc. It's a whole 'nother world these days as you know. Lol...

On edit - it's a jungle out there...

Tim.
Picture this: we will be in Moab for an extended period in September, with a Wrangler, not a Rubi, and you won't.
Hee-hee!😙

Thanks Steve, we had really been considering doing that. Most of the rentals I had seen at Ouray were regular Wranglers and incapable of doing everything I'm thinking we would want to do. Mary's actually the one that said we need a Jeep after climbing some of the steeper trails with friends. I wanted the Rubicon because the axle lockers make steep trails doable without sweating!

The daily ride of a Wrangler or Rubi is what we are concerned about and therefore are considering the rental option. Even with good friends in the wholesale auto business the resale value on almost any Jeep Wrangler makes them expensive. For the price of about 2 months of payments I can drive a jacked up Rubi and still have the comfort of my Taho!
