Sure wish there was a weekly roll call for mutants to check in and say, we are ok... We are here.
Worry about each one of you in the strange group we have.

Thanks to those using Rvillage, we can see where you are.....
Now tell us How you are, just a quickie will be fine..... Here or wherever.....

Good morning....... Be careful, have a great day....

Diane is the original FTSFM........... (Fast Talking Sliding Finger Mutant, #64) and is retired, duh!
Di - Thanks for the reminder that - while we may all be busy... we are also part of a family of mutants with big hearts and inquiring minds.

Sound off mutants - let is know your still among the living and where and how things are on your part of the rainbow.

Today I have to eventually make it to Bonita. Need a pic of the weight sheet in the kitchen cabinet. Have a call Thursday with Alternative Resources to fill out the vehicle registration forms. For some reason SD needs that - dry weight - not a certified weight from a scale to figure motorhome fee.

Went to an amazing quilt store yesterday. My wifey spoiled me with a new quilting toy (self-healing rotary cutting mat on a lazy Susan), and we got some really cute fabric for curtains for the coming grand baby's room. We found out it is a girl!

All in all, life is good!
DW just finished last night a quilt she made for the grand baby due in Oct. The self healing cutting mats are remarkable. Not really sure what's it made of, I just assume it's magic! Days are getting close for us to head toward Myrtle! We leave out next weekend!

It is 17" x 17". I do a lot of strip quilting, and having a rotating mat will be awesome. I won't have to worry about stretching bias edges by turning them, and I won't have to do the dance around the table to cut at different angles. It's also going to be helpful when squaring up blocks. I saw it in a magazine yesterday morning, and had one in hand a few hours later. It was frightfully expensive. I would not have gotten it, but DW insisted.

We are in sunny Vancouver, BC. We've had perfect weather for the last week both at Harrison Hot Springs and here. High of 26*C. Last day of daughters convention. Tomorrow headed for Anacortes, Washington.

Tim, you should build your cabin like a floating house. Attach slip rings to it and use the poles to secure it. The floating house will rise and fall with the water like a floating pier.
Problem solved.
I'll send you my design for $0.02 USD.

Steve, that is probably on your title. I didn't have to take any pics to get my SD plates.

I would like to propose a small addition to the stringent RVM membership requirements -- I feel me need to impose a mandatory weekly check in agreement on all current and future Muteys. Too many have simply gone missing. Can someone please bring that up at the next executive board meeting?
