I have heard of scams like this... will send you a large check you deposit, take your part and they get certified funds for balance.... great until the check doesn' t clear and you are out the funds you sent them...

Chuck,

I still have the power wheelchair that Steve chucked himself out of at the GC in my coach. I'm taking it to Florida for Papaw Steve now that I don't need it. You and Steve can drag race -- at your own risk, of course.

I thought you got rid of that already! Check nursing homes and see if they want it!

As I'm laying on my back - head to the concrete - stars circling my head and my ribs aching - I hear Barb say - oh I guess we should put the wheelie bars on. As my head clears the first thing I remember is Barb telling the story of dumping the thing on the sloping driveway on the sound.... and Who Loves YA Barb!

I met Linda, Dunner's GF today. She's a really sweet lady. What she was doing with him, I'll never know. We miss ya Mike!

Whine with that cheese??

Hilton Head Island is the most unfriendly area for visiting motorists.

No way to know which streets are thru streets (or which ones end up at a security gate).

Nothing goes east/west or north/south.

Most restaurants and businesses are hidden in or behind a groves of trees. Plus, limited, if any, signage near the street. Speed limit is 40 -45 and the locals (that know where they're going) are going 50 -55.

Traffic circles on HHI don't all work the same. Right lane on some circles turn into a right only turn lane as you enter the circle.

GPS takes you on back streets because they may save you 50 feet in distance. Remember the streets go every which way. Some are not wide enough to be comfortable with a MH.

HHI is an island. I swear that you can't see water on 95% of the streets that are NEAREST the shoreline let alone the other streets.

Lots of golf courses but you can't see any for the trees.

Today I found out the rainbow has speed bumps on it. Alignment of jeep 2 shops 2 parts all day from 9 am to 7 pm one scratched up rim and $1150.00 later in bed with a sore butt. Never ever go to 4 wheel parts. Goodyear fixed the alignment but scratched one of my rims bad they said when I get to AZ go to any Goodyear and they will replace it for free.

Tim glad you made it safe now go kill some deer.

So the secret stash was in your posterior? Lol.

Thanks for the call this afternoon. I am still glad you have it mostly straightened out.

Might I tactfully suggest the addition of rope lights around the windshield to highlight the sign?
