In Tucson and Yuma they have Little Joes, about the same as Anaheims.

canola oil is one of the most tweaked GMO foods.... just sayin a word to the wise.....coconut oil tolerates higher heats too.

Ok, Muties, seein' is believin'. Some pics from our trial-run this weekend.

We ran over to the county just west of us and stayed 2 nights at their little municipal/county RV park. It's only a mile or so south of town, very clean and had electric & water hookups, with a dump station on the property.

We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and everything worked beautifully. No problems with the coach. We were very comfortable, as you can tell from the picture of Kate with her first cup of coffee, waiting on sunrise.

Mascots are Dilly Down, a very sweet, yellow duck, and Dusty, a cuppa west Texas dirt, which often blows in the wind. Kate wanted me to be sure and tell y'all that Dusty has a very dry sense of humor.

We're still thinkin' on names for our Rainbow Rider.

Oh yeah, peppers good. It's that oozy boozy that had me stuck at 1 bite or 2! I'm good, but not that good. 😳

Have coconut oil, will try.

We ate at the bar since the waiting line was lengthy. Sitting down a little ways was Daryl Dixon (aka Norman Reedus in real life) from The Walking Dead. Had no clue who he was until our bartender wanted a picture with him. One picture turned into 4 and then Daryl left the scene.

I could have shared a table with the guy and not known why people were staring at us.
